The holiday home in the south-east of the island is characterized by its cozy atmosphere and proximity to the bay of Cala Mitjana. In Cala d'Or, just 2km away, you can enjoy shopping and restaurants, as well as the nightlife.
It has a plot of and offers a total living area of 220sqm, distributed on 2 floors. The house is for 10 persons, with 5 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms + 1 guest WC, central heating (in the whole house) and Internet (W-Lan).

The ground floor is barrier-free and offers a cozy living room with satellite TV, as well as a large dining table.

1 bathroom with shower (also suitable for wheelchair users).
First floor
Another living / dining room invites you to a cozy get-together. In the sofa corner you can relax with SAT TV, DVD + CD and spend pleasant hours at the large dining table. You have direct access to a large, covered terrace, from which you have a beautiful view to the sea. The large terrace has been converted to a winter garden and has a further dining table and a comfortable seating corner.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc .. and has direct access to the covered terrace.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms:
1 main bedroom with double bed ( ) + 1 bathroom en suite with jacuzzi bath.
1 bedroom with 1 bed ( ) + 1 bathroom en suite with shower.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (each ) + 1 bathroom en suite with shower.
1 guest toilet.
In the outdoor area you can relax by the private pool, (10m x 5m length and 0m - depth) which allows access via a Roman staircase. To cool off, there is an outdoor shower and umbrellas are also available. The large barbecue area helps you to prepare fresh meat and fish specialties. In the outside area you also have a large dining table for 10 people.
