This authentic house is a jewel of Mallorcan architecture. It is located on a 14,500 m² plot in a very peaceful rural setting. Its exterior is spectacular, with great views over its spacious garden (laid out in terraces) and an impressive horizon where you can see the surrounding mountains. Its terrace and porch are spaces where you will not want to move, enjoying long evenings outdoors. The swimming pool measures 10 x 5.5 metres with a depth of 1.20 metres to a maximum of 2.20 metres and is located on one of the upper terraces of the garden. Around the pool area, you will find 8 sun loungers at your disposal to enjoy the Mallorcan sun.

Moving on to the interior, there is a spacious, comfortable and bright dining room with charming Mallorcan furniture. The living room is a very suitable place for long stays. It is very well decorated. It is spacious, bright and, above all, cosy. Its sofas are comfortable and invite you to relax while watching TV or reading one of the books from its extensive and comprehensive library. It has a charming gas kitchen, which is very well equipped, spacious and well cared for, ensuring that you have everything you need to enjoy cooking. It has a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Its four bedrooms are spacious and all have views of the countryside and the garden. They are distributed as follows: one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom is a double with a double bed. The first floor bedrooms are doubles with single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, both with bathtubs. To complement this, the house has 4 fans that can be distributed throughout the spaces where they are needed. Up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available if you are travelling with a baby.

The house is located in the east of Mallorca, in a privileged rural setting. It is a different way to discover hidden Mallorca. Good road connections to many points of interest and leisure activities make it attractive to take a stroll along the nearby coves and beaches (all within a 20 km radius). The house is located 4 km from the town of Manacor, where you will find all the essential public and commercial services and leisure activities. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars.

Kamen spät an, aber der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Gruppe zum gemeinsamen Entspannen ohne Enge! Ich habe es geliebt, nach einem Tag des Erkundens am Pool abzuhängen.

Es war angenehm zu sehen, dass die Bibliothek eine große Auswahl an Büchern hatte. Der Pool war der beste Ort, um Sonne zu tanken und gleichzeitig die Bergsicht zu genießen. Abende auf der Terrasse waren magisch mit einer sanften Brise. Das Entspannen dort ließ all unsere Sorgen verschwinden, und wir haben Stunden miteinander geredet.
