The holiday flat in Lautenthaler Straße 34 is suitable for max. 4 adults and 2 children. It is located on the outskirts of the village near the cross-country ski trail and the hiking trails. The village centre is approx. 500m away. The flat is approx. 65 sqm. It consists on the second floor of living room with kitchenette, WC and balcony (south facing). On the third floor there is a bedroom, children's room with a bunk bed for children and two single beds, bathroom and balcony (south facing). Smoking is not allowed in the flat. The rent for the flat per day is 45,00 Euro for two persons and for each additional person 8,- Euro extra. The costs for the final cleaning are 40,- Euro. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra charge of 10,- Euro/person. The minimum rental period is two nights. The visitor's tax is to be collected by the landlord and amounts to 2,30 Euro per day per adult and 1,15 Euro per day for children from 6-18 years. The apartment is located in the attic over 2 floors, with a balcony and beautiful views in a gated community with only 20 homes. The house is at the end of Lautenthaler Street, a quiet cul de sac above the park, and at the start of cross-country ski trails as well as many. To the pool in a natural lake about 15 minutes on foot
