Villa Vino is a bungalow with its own pool and air conditioning. It offers numerous amenities over 130 sqm and is suitable for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The exclusive vacation property on Montana Roja in Playa Blanca, in the south of Lanzarote, offers a fantastic view of the sea, mountains, and city thanks to its location.
Villa Vino is equipped with a modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and much more – perfect for self-catering. The spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a 55" Smart TV with almost all German programs invites you to relax, while the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot days.
Two double rooms also equipped with air conditioning, beds with comfortable, continuous mattresses, and their own fully equipped bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, accommodate up to 4 adults. Outside there is a beautiful garden with a terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The private swimming pool offers a refreshing cool down, and you can relax wonderfully on the comfortable sun loungers. For barbecue enthusiasts, a BBQ grill is available to enjoy delicious meals outdoors.
Additional amenities include a washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are also provided, of course. Parking is available directly at the property, which makes the stay particularly comfortable. The holiday home offers privacy and a high degree of security. The property is enclosed with an outer wall, with access via a private driveway with a sliding gate. The entire house is alarmed and the exterior walls are monitored by cameras. Naturally, the house also has a safe. Since everything is on one level, there are no stairs. The house is thus low-barrier and suitable for elderly and physically impaired people.
You can reach your vacation home from the airport in about 30 minutes by rental car or taxi (approximately 40 euros per trip). There is a shady parking space for your rental car under the house's own carport.
Villa Vino offers the possibility to relax and is the perfect starting point for active holiday experiences. The house is just a few minutes from the beach and the city center. Nearby starts one of Lanzarote's most popular hiking trails, leading up to the dormant volcano with its round crater and gigantic views. Other beautiful hiking trails, such as the path along the coast of Timanfaya National Park, are easily accessible by car or bicycle.

Playa Blanca: Sunny beach with clear water on Lanzarote.
The exclusive holiday property is located above Playa Blanca on Montana Roja. It is one of the highest houses in the city on the south coast of Lanzarote and, thanks to its location, offers a magnificent view over the city of Playa Blanca to the sea and to the beautiful Papagayo beaches, which can be reached from the holiday home in just 20 minutes. Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains in the east in the morning and the view over the illuminated city in the evening. From the pool terrace you have a view of almost all the sights of Playa Blanca, such as the Marina Rubicon, the Castillo de las Coloradas, or the Papagayo beaches.
In just 5 minutes you can reach Playa Flamingo, a popular white sand beach, the promenade with its bars and restaurants, or the pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants. The Marina Rubicon and the LaSal promenade are only about 10-15 minutes away.
The drive to the airport takes about 35 minutes, and you can reach the capital Arrecife with its sights and shopping centers in about 40 minutes.
Due to the location near the Lz1, you can easily and quickly reach all parts of the island. In just about 20 minutes you can reach the wine-growing region La Geria with its beautiful bodegas, and in about 30 minutes the Timanfaya National Park. Even Orzola, the northernmost town on the island, and the Mirador del Rio with its gigantic view of the neighboring island La Graciosa, can be reached in a maximum of 1.5 hours. The holiday home is therefore the perfect starting point to explore the entire island. The Lz701, Lanzarote’s “bicycle road,” which provides access by bike to almost the entire southern part of the island, is also just a few minutes away. If you would like to visit two neighboring islands, the ferry to Fuerteventura departs just 5 minutes from the house, and from Orzola in the north, the ferry to La Graciosa.

We bought this villa in a beautiful location in 2023 and have already mostly renovated it. Over 20 years ago, on our first stay, we fell in love with this dreamy island and dreamed of someday being able to buy our own house here. We have now fulfilled this wish and would like to share this happiness with many nice people. Therefore, we have decided to rent out Villa Vino, named after our daughter's small Pomeranian.
