The bright & spacious living room offers access to the covered al fresco dining terrace, the heated pool and a princely, wind-protected outdoor barbecue kitchen.
The secluded private property with its natural volcanic stone walls offers a high level of privacy and is surrounded by a well-tended garden.
A high-quality, fully equipped, elegant interior with free fibre optic internet and a private, lockable parking entrance to your property provide a very high level of comfort.
Villa del Sol is one of the most exclusive private residences, and not just for our guests. The private residential area is also one of the most socially exclusive, quietest and safest in Playa Blanca according to the official housing register.
Playa Blanca's new sports and leisure passage "Parque Atlantico" starts only a few steps away from your villa and leads you directly, in only 10-12 minutes, to the local harbour with the ferries and leisure boats, the town centre, as well as the kilometre-long and worth seeing sea promenade of Playa Blanca.
On request, the villa also offers two 20-inch quality folding bikes (see illustration) for exploring the area and getting around. These can be provided in advance for a daily charge of €6 each and a deposit of €80.
Normal city bikes can also be offered at the same conditions.

The "Villa del Sol" is located just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, within a private complex which, apart from its tranquillity, enjoys a high social status and security.
On the way to the town centre you arrive in 3 minutes at the new sports and leisure park "Parque Atlatico", which takes you to the former fishing village to all shopping facilities, harbours, restaurants, bars and to the more than 10 km long sea promenade that leads to the legendary "Papagayo beaches".
The neighbourhood of Playa Blanca is quite familiar and manageable, so you will quickly feel at home. The Timanfaya National Park with its active volcanoes and the unique and breathtaking volcanic wine-growing region of La Geria are also within easy driving distance.
Use our company cars to explore the island and benefit from annual cars from our co-operation partner (SIXT) at special conditions, including 100% fully comprehensive insurance WITHOUT excess.
