Completely tiled with marble, PERLA DE MAR offers 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2 x WC):
The 1st. Bedroom with comfortable double bed, nightstands, very good reading lamps as well as a wardrobe has direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower-bathtub (low entry and glass wall).
The 2nd bedroom is also equipped with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, good reading lamps, chest of drawers, stool, and wardrobe.
Both rooms are very individually furnished and have large closets with plenty of storage space. They are not next to each other (privacy guaranteed).
In the second, separate bathroom there is a walk-in shower.
(Towels, bathrobe and hairdryer are provided) The beds are already freshly made.
The open and very welcoming living area is the heart of the villa.
In the living room there is a comfortable couch, coffee table, small music system (CD) as well as a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, worldwide TV programs) and fast internet – an armchair and some “greenery.” There are enough lamps and candles for a cozy evening atmosphere.
Wintertime: If it gets a bit chilly... with the installed air conditioning, you can not only cool but also heat.
The (lovingly) fully equipped kitchen – refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Bosch kitchen machine, coffee machines, etc. a Dolce Gusto, a conventional coffee machine as well as an Italian espresso and a hand filter, enough cutlery and sharp knives - is bright and inviting. From here you have a view through the living room to the pool area.
The adjoining dining room in Canarian style has an attached reading area with a pull-out couch for 1-2 additional people. A rocking chair invites you to relax (there are plenty of books available)
All three rooms are open-plan and the high ceiling in the living area gives the room a spacious flair.
There is a utility room (Solana) with a cupboard, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Beach towels, pool towels and plenty of towels. Pool accessories are also available.
Outdoor area:
The centerpiece is the cozy seating area under the covered terrace. Adjacent on the right are two of the four sun loungers under a shade. The focal point of the garden is the large pool with Roman steps (9 x 4 meters, min. depth 1.10 to max. 1.95m). A solar outdoor shower completes the bathing pleasure.
To the left of the terrace are 2 more sun loungers as well as some wicker furniture. Further along the side of the house you will find the barbecue area with a separate dining table and an area for drying laundry. A built outdoor cupboard to the right of the terrace houses the sunbed cushions.
In the garden you will find plenty of greenery – pepper tree, olive tree, oleander, strelitzia, yuccas, and many cacti.
Your rental car is also taken care of. It has a private parking space in front of the villa, right next to the house entrance. The villa is located on a quiet side street, far from the already quiet main street. Ideal occupancy: Number of guests 2-4 persons (2 bedrooms) – if necessary, 2 additional sleeping places in the dining room available on request – maximum 6 guests

We bought this holiday villa because we immediately liked the inviting and open atmosphere. We have found our “PEARL” by the sea. That is why it is called “PERLA DE MAR”. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us in the house, in the garden, and in the swimming pool. To achieve the best possible skin-friendliness, the pool is maintained regularly and professionally.

Location and surroundings of object
PERLA DE MAR is a beautiful, detached, single-storey villa. It is located in the well-kept and quiet Faro Park - in the very southwest of the island. Approx. 5 minutes by car from the centre of Playa Blanca (approx. 35 minutes from the airport), this impressive and luxurious villa with its approx. 105 sqm on 500 sqm of land offers absolute privacy. You have sole use of the 8 x 4 m pool. Pool towels and beach towels are provided.
The villa is very close to the sea (2-3 minutes walk) and to the promenade of the lighthouse. There you can comfortably enjoy the wonderful sunsets on 2 benches at Sunsetpoint or simply stroll along the sea. (no beach here)
Just as close you will find 3 small supermarkets and various very good restaurants (Italian, Indian, Flamenca/Spanish cuisine, fish restaurant, burger shop as well as various chill-out bars and a sports bar with delicious Guinness. A very tasty breakfast is also offered here - about 100 m from the house.
The bus stop "Faro Park" next to the restaurants with half-hourly connections to Playa Blanca is very practical and reliable, especially if you don't have a rental car. The taxi rank is about 2 km away, so taxis are quickly on the spot.
ATTENTION: In Perla de Mar, "holidays without a car" are very feasible.
The port with daily connections to Fuerteventura is nearby.
The nearest beach access is about 10 minutes walk away. (The beautiful southern beaches of Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo are only a few minutes' drive from the villa (or simply walk along the promenade). The beautiful, unspoilt Papagayo beaches can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. (There are no buildings here, but there is a beautiful beach bistro above the beaches)
PLAYA BLANCA offers everything your heart desires: a long sea promenade with numerous shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Doctors, pharmacies, banks, gym, aqua park and even a renowned tattoo parlour can be found in this charming little coastal town.
The long sea promenade also leads to MARINA RUBICON with its beautiful boat harbour and wonderfully situated restaurants right on the water. Shopping in the covered mall is also a pleasure here.
Camel rides are available at TIMANFAYA NATIONAL PARK
In any case, a permanently impressive and mostly sunny landscape is everywhere on Lanzarote and the sea view on the way is almost omnipresent

Dream villa in a good location
Lovingly furnished villa with many amenities in Faro Park.
The large, heated pool invites you to swim, and the beautiful garden encourages you to linger. The garden is planted in the typical Lanzarote style.
The villa is only a 5-minute drive from Playa Blanca village. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.

Wonderful Holiday in a Beautiful Villa
We are just back from a wonderful 3 weeks in Perla de Mar.
The villa itself is beautiful, it has everything you need for your holiday and very nicely decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable. We spent most of our time in the lovely outside area. The pool was fantastic, a great size and was well used by the adults and the children. It was really warm too! It was cleaned every week by the lovely pool man.
It is situated in a fantastic location, only a short 2 minute stroll to a selection of fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and bars. You will also find the No 30 Bus Stop there that will take you all the way down to the Marina Rubicon stopping at different locations along the way.
The communication from the owners was great, everything was explained and it was no problem to contact them if we needed to.
All in all we had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend, it's just a shame our dates aren't free for summer 2025 but hopefully the following year!

Fantastic Villa
Dany and Eduard the owners were fantastic, from our initial enquiry to booking and explaining everything to us they couldn't of been anymore helpful. The villa itself is fantastic, it has every home comfort you could wish for, it is beautifully decorated and is very homely. The villa has a beautiful relaxing outside garden which benefits by having a wonderful heated pool and is very private. One of the things I loved about it was the beds are extremely comfortable so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. The kitchen has every convenience you could ask for and is nicely laid out. The living area is very relaxing and they have a satellite system so you can watch all your favourite shows and programmes. The area where the villa is situated is close to restaurants and two supermarkets and it has the bonus of a local bakery that does fantastic bread and cakes, you are only a 5 minute walk to the coastal path and the sea, I would not hesitate to come back, I would like to say thank you to Dany and Eduard for letting us stay in their beautiful home.

Villa Perla de Mar: Enjoy the vacation of your dreams in an exclusive villa with a fantastic sea view.
The Villa Perla de Mar is a very beautiful well-maintained house. We were by the water in a few minutes and took very nice walks there - wonderful air and always nice weather. The beds were very good, the bathrooms well maintained. Good restaurants were only a few minutes away. The good care of Dany started even before our vacation. It was a completely beautiful vacation. Anytime again.

Dreamy villa
Dreamlike villa like a second home. You instantly feel comfortable when you enter the door. The house is beautifully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the personal contact with the landlord. The friendliness of Daniel (property manager) and also the gardeners, whom we had the pleasure of meeting. We didn't want to go home anymore.

Villa Perla De Mar - an absolute highlight!
"I'll be back!" to quote Schwarzenegger, we are also coming back and quite soon... We can confirm all the previous reviews without exception. We have been fans of Lanzarote for over 30 years and have experienced all the accommodation options available (except for hotel vacations which do not suit us), with a focus on Playa Blanca Coloradas/Faro Park in recent years. Villa Perla De Mar simply exceeds everything and is our clear favorite - a highly recommended place with a guarantee of comfort and well-being!

The top villa
This villa meets all expectations and has been furnished with great attention to detail. Upon entering the villa, you immediately feel at home. Excelent Stay
My husband and I had a fabulous holiday, the villa is very well equiped and has everything you could possibly need and the pool is great.
Location is brilliant, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. There is also an excellent bus service into Playa Blanca centre which is very regular.
I think the fact we made a further booking for 2023 before we left says it all, we loved the villa , felt very comfortable and cant wait to return.

A true pearl
The Perla de Mar is a wonderful oasis to relax and regenerate, we felt very comfortable there and will certainly be guests again.
The owners made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The furnishings of the entire property are of a correspondingly high quality and in the very best condition, here you immediately notice that a lot of love has been put into the furnishings and design!
We can unreservedly recommend the pearl and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Gladly again at any time
We spent a very relaxing week in the quiet villa at the end of May 2022 and really recovered well there.
We enjoyed swimming in the pool at a pleasant temperature and the beautiful ambience of the villa every day
In a few minutes you are at the sea, where there is a beautiful sunset to watch at the lighthouse.

Beautiful holiday home with heated pool
Beautiful furnishings with great attention to detail
Heated pool, air conditioning and barbecue on the terrace leave nothing to be desired. It is only a few minutes' walk to the seafront promenade.
We liked it very much, so we will be back in Perla de Mar from autumn 2022 to spring 2023.
