Welcome to our dreamlike holiday apartment Waldblick ☆☆☆☆☆! In our lovingly designed temporary home! We have thought of everything so that you feel completely comfortable and have the feeling of being at home.
Let yourself be inspired by the enchanting beauty of the Bavarian Forest and spend unforgettable days in our elegant five-star holiday apartment "Waldblick" in Thurmansbang. Our house is quietly situated at the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac and delights with picturesque views—be it into the distance or directly into the adjacent forest.
We guarantee you an extraordinary vacation experience. On a generous 75 square meters, up to 3 guests can find space, and upon request, even a fourth person can be accommodated. The elegant, naturally oiled oak parquet flooring from Austria gives the rooms a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms are equipped with back panels made of larch and spruce wood, whose pleasant scent ensures restful sleep. After a comprehensive core renovation in June 2024, a cozy home awaits you, featuring two comfortable bedrooms and an open living area equipped with a modern kitchen.
In the first bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as a practical sleeping nook under the sloped ceiling, ideal for children. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed (100 x 200 cm). All mattresses are from the renowned supplier Dieter Knoll and are certified with the Swiss health patent, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep! Additionally, you have three different blankets made from natural materials available, as well as Tempur pillows and blankets upon request.
In our high-quality equipped kitchen, no wishes are left unfulfilled. You will find modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a microwave, and an induction cooktop. Also available for a little everyday comfort are a kettle, toaster, juicer, and a fully automatic De’Longhi coffee machine that conjures up the best Italian espresso. The dishes are designed for up to 12 people and offer all comforts.
The elegant, new bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the magnificent view of the picturesque surroundings. For barbecue enthusiasts, a gas grill is available for preparing culinary delights outdoors. At about 60 m², the terrace is the perfect place to breathe fresh air and enjoy the wonderful view of the forest and the expanse of nature. In the warm months, an unheated pool (available from May to September) invites you to cool off. You can conveniently park your vehicle in the garage or directly in front of the house.
The apartment is equipped with three TVs, satellite reception, and free internet access. A washing machine, a dryer, and an iron are also available. Please note that our apartment is a non-smoking area, however, smoking on the terrace is allowed. Right outside the door, the most charming walks and bike tours begin – the Waldblick holiday apartment is the ideal starting point for your explorations in the Bavarian Forest. For allergy sufferers, we would like to point out that no pets are allowed in the Waldblick apartment. Animal lovers, on the other hand, can enjoy a spacious 110 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor, which has a fenced garden. Here, up to three dogs are warmly welcome and can frolic to their hearts' content!

Our house is in a quiet and sunny location, with trees and forests, very picturesque. Elevation 500 m above sea level. A forest with many hiking trails right from the house! *Goldsteig Trail* Enjoy the natural oasis of the Bavarian forest with a magnificent view of Fürstenstein Castle and Engelsburg. On clear days, one can see as far as the Salzburg Alps. Whether you travel with your family or alone, engage in sports, or simply seek a quiet spot. You are always right with us!
The attic apartment of 75 m² can accommodate up to 4 adults.
We have almost everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation. Large living room with fireplace, 65-inch smart TV with WiFi connection, Bedroom No.: 1 -TV Smart 55 TV with WiFi connection Bedroom No.: 2 TV with WiFi. High-quality exclusive kitchen with. DeLonghi coffee machine with WiFi capability, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, sandwich maker, extra freezer, food processor, and all accessories, endless dishes. Two separate bedrooms - once with 180 cm, box spring bed and built-in wardrobe. A third as the third bed is in the attic slope with a window facing the forest. A crib is available. Bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet, laundry room with washing machine, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner. Terraces are equipped with charcoal grills.
Barbecue evenings are offered on request by secret kitchens (Paka or Sac).
Walking sticks can be borrowed for free. For you, there is a separate bicycle cellar, shed, should you wish to bring your bicycles, a garage for your vehicle is also available. For your children, there is a playground with a sandbox, slide, and swing & many vehicles for boys!

Upon your arrival, the beds are made and there are 2 towels and a guest towel per person, as well as dish towels available. Bed linen change free of charge for longer stays! Place of relaxation for the soul
This holiday apartment is a small paradise for us. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac directly by the forest – just the way there and the view from the terrace into the sky forest and into the distance immediately provide peace and a sense of arrival. In the 75 m² apartment, quality is truly lived: everything is lovingly, mindfully, and with great value furnished – such a thing is rarely experienced. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped – plenty of dishes, organic spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt, as well as ecological cleaning and washing agents. You can really just arrive with your suitcase: everything you know from home is already there. Even first surprises are ready in the refrigerator, so you can eat something immediately upon arrival. The beds and mattresses offer heavenly sleeping comfort. The hostess is warm, attentive, and creates a cozy, family atmosphere where you immediately feel welcome. Every euro is worth it here. We have already been here for the third time and have booked our summer as well as Christmas and New Year's vacation again – a place you always want to return to. We have never had an apartment like this – and we have already gathered a lot of vacation and life experience. Thank you very much, dear Bia – thank you for your generous heart and your mindfulness, also for people who are health-impaired and sometimes need a little support while on vacation. Your care and humanity mean a lot to us.

Dreamlike break with wonderful hosts
We were allowed to spend a week as a family of 4 with Bija and her family.
We were welcomed by a truly kind-hearted host who really left no wishes unfulfilled.
The freshly renovated apartment offers everything the heart desires. It was very clean and beautifully furnished.
The highlight for our children was the huge pool on the terrace, which was cleaned daily!
We felt so welcome and saying goodbye was very difficult for all of us! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful quiet corner, also for young people
A wonderful apartment, everything very clean and tidy. Despite the modest weather, we had a very nice week. The 5 stars are more than deserved, not only because of the location and the tranquility, but also because of the nice and accommodating operators of the facility! We felt at home immediately upon arrival – the apartment is cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything one could wish for.
The high-quality mattresses and beds ensured restful sleep, and the entire decor is chosen with much love, taste, and quality. You can immediately tell that someone has put their heart into furnishing this place. The quiet location right by the forest and the sunny terrace with the wonderful view of the greenery and the wide sky were pure relaxation for us.
What particularly impressed us was the extraordinary warmth of the hostess Bija ❤️. From the very first moment, you are welcomed with genuine warmth. Even upon arrival, there is a sensitive inquiry about whether you prefer closeness or a bit of distance – we have never experienced anything like that. Here, someone has a heart for every guest, and that is what makes the stay so special. This form of hospitality is rare and deeply touching.
It was a perfect spring getaway – full of peace, nature, and genuine humanity. We would love to come back from the heart and say: Thank you for everything!
