Welcome to our dreamlike holiday apartment Waldblick ☆☆☆☆☆! In our lovingly designed temporary home! We have thought of everything so that you feel completely comfortable and have the feeling of being at home.
Let yourself be inspired by the enchanting beauty of the Bavarian Forest and spend unforgettable days in our elegant five-star holiday apartment "Waldblick" in Thurmansbang. Our house is quietly situated at the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac and delights with picturesque views—be it into the distance or directly into the adjacent forest.
We guarantee you an extraordinary vacation experience. On a generous 75 square meters, up to 3 guests can find space, and upon request, even a fourth person can be accommodated. The elegant, naturally oiled oak parquet flooring from Austria gives the rooms a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms are equipped with back panels made of larch and spruce wood, whose pleasant scent ensures restful sleep. After a comprehensive core renovation in June 2024, a cozy home awaits you, featuring two comfortable bedrooms and an open living area equipped with a modern kitchen.
In the first bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as a practical sleeping nook under the sloped ceiling, ideal for children. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed (100 x 200 cm). All mattresses are from the renowned supplier Dieter Knoll and are certified with the Swiss health patent, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep! Additionally, you have three different blankets made from natural materials available, as well as Tempur pillows and blankets upon request.
In our high-quality equipped kitchen, no wishes are left unfulfilled. You will find modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a microwave, and an induction cooktop. Also available for a little everyday comfort are a kettle, toaster, juicer, and a fully automatic De’Longhi coffee machine that conjures up the best Italian espresso. The dishes are designed for up to 12 people and offer all comforts.
The elegant, new bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the magnificent view of the picturesque surroundings. For barbecue enthusiasts, a gas grill is available for preparing culinary delights outdoors. At about 60 m², the terrace is the perfect place to breathe fresh air and enjoy the wonderful view of the forest and the expanse of nature. In the warm months, an unheated pool (available from May to September) invites you to cool off. You can conveniently park your vehicle in the garage or directly in front of the house.
The apartment is equipped with three TVs, satellite reception, and free internet access. A washing machine, a dryer, and an iron are also available. Please note that our apartment is a non-smoking area, however, smoking on the terrace is allowed. Right outside the door, the most charming walks and bike tours begin – the Waldblick holiday apartment is the ideal starting point for your explorations in the Bavarian Forest. For allergy sufferers, we would like to point out that no pets are allowed in the Waldblick apartment. Animal lovers, on the other hand, can enjoy a spacious 110 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor, which has a fenced garden. Here, up to three dogs are warmly welcome and can frolic to their hearts' content!

Our house is in a quiet and sunny location, with trees and forests, very picturesque. Elevation 500 m above sea level. A forest with many hiking trails right from the house! *Goldsteig Trail* Enjoy the natural oasis of the Bavarian forest with a magnificent view of Fürstenstein Castle and Engelsburg. On clear days, one can see as far as the Salzburg Alps. Whether you travel with your family or alone, engage in sports, or simply seek a quiet spot. You are always right with us!
The attic apartment of 75 m² can accommodate up to 4 adults.
We have almost everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation. Large living room with fireplace, 65-inch smart TV with WiFi connection, Bedroom No.: 1 -TV Smart 55 TV with WiFi connection Bedroom No.: 2 TV with WiFi. High-quality exclusive kitchen with. DeLonghi coffee machine with WiFi capability, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, sandwich maker, extra freezer, food processor, and all accessories, endless dishes. Two separate bedrooms - once with 180 cm, box spring bed and built-in wardrobe. A third as the third bed is in the attic slope with a window facing the forest. A crib is available. Bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet, laundry room with washing machine, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner. Terraces are equipped with charcoal grills.
Barbecue evenings are offered on request by secret kitchens (Paka or Sac).
Walking sticks can be borrowed for free. For you, there is a separate bicycle cellar, shed, should you wish to bring your bicycles, a garage for your vehicle is also available. For your children, there is a playground with a sandbox, slide, and swing & many vehicles for boys!

If we could give 10 stars...
... we would do it immediately. We had a lovely vacation in Bija's holiday apartment. Everything was lovingly, stylishly, and very cleanly furnished. Bija cares that her guests feel completely comfortable, and you can feel that in every corner of this holiday apartment. There are so many beautiful things - we recommend being surprised there. It's worth it beyond measure! Thank you very much for everything, we had a wonderful vacation with you, dear Bija!

Beautiful holiday accommodation with caring hosts
There is nothing to complain about here. Everything was to our satisfaction. We felt at home. The photos also correspond to reality in this case. Very clean, very tidy, very quiet, and beautifully located. Modern and stylishly furnished. In addition, the fully attentive hosts. Very warm, loving, and hospitable. And also the personal interaction with the holiday guests is not a given. We would rent this accommodation again in the future. Also for the sake of the surroundings. The best vacation we had.
A lovingly furnished holiday apartment with a terrace and pool for feeling good.
Furnished down to the smallest detail. Everything is sufficiently available, whether in the kitchen or bathroom. Even fresh fruit from the garden and fresh eggs from the house chickens were offered. They are really delicious.
The beds are a dream; I've never slept so well.
The hostess is very warm, accommodating, friendly, and has good tips for hiking and dining out.
The quiet location speaks for itself. Excursion options are sufficiently available and easily accessible. Regional cuisine from the surrounding restaurants is highly recommended. We would love to come back.

Super beautiful vacation apartment
The holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area, no cars can be heard. Nevertheless, it is not far to excursions like Eging or Passau.
The apartment is furnished with a lot of effort and love, and you have everything you need.
The landlady is very hospitable, and you can contact her anytime if you need something. I have rarely experienced such great hospitality.
We will definitely come back.

Place of relaxation for the soul
This holiday apartment is a small paradise for us. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac directly by the forest – just the way there and the view from the terrace into the sky forest and into the distance immediately provide peace and a sense of arrival. In the 75 m² apartment, quality is truly lived: everything is lovingly, mindfully, and with great value furnished – such a thing is rarely experienced. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped – plenty of dishes, organic spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt, as well as ecological cleaning and washing agents. You can really just arrive with your suitcase: everything you know from home is already there. Even first surprises are ready in the refrigerator, so you can eat something immediately upon arrival. The beds and mattresses offer heavenly sleeping comfort. The hostess is warm, attentive, and creates a cozy, family atmosphere where you immediately feel welcome. Every euro is worth it here. We have already been here for the third time and have booked our summer as well as Christmas and New Year's vacation again – a place you always want to return to. We have never had an apartment like this – and we have already gathered a lot of vacation and life experience. Thank you very much, dear Bia – thank you for your generous heart and your mindfulness, also for people who are health-impaired and sometimes need a little support while on vacation. Your care and humanity mean a lot to us.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Die Fotos entsprechen in diesem Fall auch der Wirklichkeit. Sehr sauber, sehr ordentlich, sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Modern und schick eingerichtet.
Dazu die voll umsorgenden Gastgeber. Sehr herzlich, liebevoll und gastfreundlich. Und auch der persönliche Umgang mit den Ferien-Gästen, ist nicht selbstverständlich.
Wir würden diese Unterkunft auch in Zukunft nochmals mieten. Auch schon der Umgebung halber. Wir wünschen den Gastgebern auch in Zunkunft viele nette und verständnisvolle Gäste.
Eingerichtet bis ins kleinste Detail. Alles ob in Küche oder Bad ausreichend vorhanden. Sogar frisches Obst aus dem Garten und frische Eier von den hauseigenen Hühnern wurden angeboten. Sind echt lecker.
Die Betten sind ein Traum, noch nie so gut geschlafen.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend, freundlich und hat gute Tips zum wandern und essen gehen.
Die ruhige Lage spricht für sich. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden und gut zu erreichen. Regionale Küche der umliegenden Gaststätten sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Mühe und Liebe eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich und man kann sie jederzeit kontaktieren falls man etwas benötigt. Ich habe selten so eine tolle Gastfreundschaft erlebt.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich ausgestattet – reichlich Geschirr, Bio-Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Zucker und Salz sowie ökologische Reinigungs- und Waschmittel. Man kann wirklich nur mit dem Koffer anreisen: Alles, was man von zu Hause kennt, ist bereits da. Sogar erste Überraschung stehen im Kühlschrank bereit, sodass man nach der Ankunft sofort etwas essen kann.
Die Betten und Matratzen bieten einen himmlischen Schlafkomfort. Die Gastgeberin ist herzlich, aufmerksam und schafft eine warme, familiäre Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Hier ist jeder Euro wert.
Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier und haben schon wieder unseren Sommer- sowie Weihnachts- und Silvesterurlaub gebucht – ein Ort, zu dem man immer wieder gern zurückkehrt. So eine Wohnung hatten wir noch nie – und wir haben schon viele Urlaube und Lebenserfahrung gesammelt.
Vielen Dank, liebe Bia – danke für dein großzügiges Herz und deine Achtsamkeit, auch für Menschen, die gesundheitlich eingeschränkt sind und im Urlaub manchmal ein wenig Unterstützung benötigen. Deine Fürsorge und Menschlichkeit bedeuten uns sehr viel.

Die frisch renovierte Wohnung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Sie war sehr sauber und ist wunderschön eingerichtet.
Das Highlight unserer Kinder, war der riesige Pool auf der Terasse, der täglich gereinigt wurde!
Wir haben uns so willkommen gefühlt und der Abschied viel uns allen sehr schwer!

Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt – die Wohnung ist gemütlich, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt.
Die hochwertigen Matratzen und Betten haben für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt, und die gesamte Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe, Geschmack und Qualität ausgewählt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier jemand mit Herzblut eingerichtet hat.
Die ruhige Lage direkt am Wald und die sonnige Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick ins Grüne und den weiten Himmel waren für uns pure Erholung.
Was uns aber ganz besonders beeindruckt hat, war die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin Bija ❤️. Vom ersten Moment an wird man mit echter Wärme empfangen. Schon bei der Ankunft wird feinfühlig gefragt, ob man Nähe oder lieber etwas Abstand wünscht – so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
Hier hat jemand ein Herz für jeden Gast, und genau das macht den Aufenthalt so besonders. Diese Form von Gastfreundschaft ist selten und tief berührend.
Es war eine perfekte Frühlingsauszeit – voller Ruhe, Natur und echter Menschlichkeit.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist perfekt eingerichtet, um Mahlzeiten für bis zu 12 Personen zuzubereiten. Alle Küchenutensilien stammen von renommierten Marken wie Zwilling, WMF und Villeroy & Boch, was das Kochen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis macht – ganz anders als in vielen Ferienwohnungen, in denen oft günstigere Utensilien verwendet werden.
Ein herausragendes Erlebnis war die Möglichkeit, aus drei verschiedenen Deckenoptionen zu wählen – eine solch großzügige Auswahl hatten wir bisher noch nie!
Die Vermieterin empfing uns mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und führte uns liebevoll durch die Wohnung. Sie ermutigte uns, uns jederzeit direkt oder über WhatsApp an sie zu wenden, falls wir etwas benötigten.
Jeder Raum war zudem liebevoll mit frischen Blumen dekoriert, was zur angenehmen Atmosphäre beitrug. Besonders bemerkenswert war die beeindruckende Sauberkeit: Wir entdeckten nicht ein einziges Staubkorn!
Es war äußerst positiv, dass die Vermieter im selben Gebäude wohnen. Ihnen liegt viel daran, dass sich die Gäste willkommen fühlen und ihren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen können. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird nicht gestört, denn bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir die Möglichkeit, zu wählen, ob wir mehr Distanz oder Nähe wünschen.
Bija hat ein reines und herzliches Wesen; ihre ansteckende gute Laune und ihr freundliches Lachen verbreiten sofort eine wohlige Stimmung. Man fühlt sich sofort zugehörig und möchte diesen Moment der Herzlichkeit am liebsten für immer festhalten.

Nun hatte ich auf einem Kurztrip die Chance, die neu fertig gestellte obere Wohnung ausprobieren zu können. Der Charakter ist etwas anders, da es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist und die Terrasse nicht direkt ins Tal zeigt. Dafür gibt es aber vor der Wohnung eine riesige Terrasse, von der man sowohl Richtung Tal als auch Richtung Wald blickt.
Alles ist neu gemacht, neu und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet inkl. wieder einer sehr hochwertigen Küche und ein super bequemes Bett.
Da es neben dem Schlafzimmer hier nur einen kleinen Zusatzschlafraum gibt sicherlich die perfekte Pärchenwohnung.
Perfekte Sauberkeit und tolle Gastfreundschaft sind selbstverständlich identisch wie unten :)

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und kurz in Wohnung eingewiesen. Das gesamte Anwesen macht einen sehr sauberen und absolut gepflegten Eindruck. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und total gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keinen Wunsch offen, sogar zum Kuchen backen ist alles vorhanden. viel Platz für Lebensmittel. Der Wohn- und Schlafräume sind liebevoll gestaltet. Hochwertige Matratze, geschlafen wie auf der Wolken.Badezimmer sehr schön und praktisc angeordnet.Nagel Neu mit hochwertigen Elementen Bade- und Handtücher der Marke JOOP! werden gestellt. Das Haus ist für Ruhesuchende uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Bei der Abrechnung hat alles gepasst. Die Umgebung bietet tolle Wander- und Radwege. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub und kommen gern wieder. So eine Gastfreundschaft gibt es zum heutige tage nicht mehr.
