We were on-site and were pleased with a lovely gesture that the landlord had left on the table. Very nice.
The cleanliness was great, excellent Wi-Fi, nice landlords, great amenities, all in all highly recommended. Really, everything was perfect.
We felt very comfortable with our dog.
You can quickly get to Austria (10 min) and also easily travel to the border otherwise.

Heavenly quiet, good base for excursions into the surrounding countryside. The fenced garden gives my dog plenty of freedom of movement and safety.

Very nice rural location. The landlords are also very nice. We were there with 2 children, 5 and 7 years. Unfortunately the bedrooms are on the 1st floor. You have to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom. With small children it is okay. With older children/teenagers maybe not so great. The accommodation is also not so suitable for the mobility impaired and senior citizens. Staircase lighting would be nice so that children don't tumble down the stairs at night. Unfortunately, almost all the doors creaked a lot and so did the beds. A shower curtain is also appropriate for children. Everything gets very wet when showering, including the wood on the bathtub. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. We were there for the holiday and not to stay in the accommodation, you can do that at home. We could not understand the negative reviews. Free-roaming cats are shy, sheep are on the pasture in summer and rabbits are in the stable and do not run around freely on a farm. The price-performance ratio was unbeatable for this period, especially as the Landshut wedding was taking place. We sincerely thank the landlords for the one week holiday.
