Description
The holiday home (NR) with panoramic view is located at the end of the village with a view of the Brotjacklriegel. Hiking trails start approx. 100 m from the house, including the Goldsteig premium hiking trail. From the holiday home you have a view of the local mountain (Brotjacklriegl) and the Sonnenwald. The living area is approx. 100 sqm with and very modern furnishings. A home office workstation is available as well as a 55 inch Smart TV. Free W-Lan. The bedroom also offers space for an extra bed. Parking spaces in front of the house as well as a garage and storage space for bicycles are also available. Internet speed: 100 mbit. The terrace (south side) is approx. 100 sqm large (fenced) as well as the adjoining approx. 600 sqm large meadow. The fence is 1 m high. The house is at your sole disposal. The house has central heating (underfloor heating) and a pellet stove in the living room. In the living room the underfloor heating can also be switched off separately; there is also a normal heater here. The house is at your sole disposal. (1 extra bed / guest bed for 1 person in a separate room is possible).

The Sonnenwald holiday home (south side) is located in a small settlement on the outskirts of Saldenburg/OT Hundsruck. Hiking trails start approx. 100 m from the house (including the Goldsteig trail). A cosy inn with an award-winning beer garden is also only 100 m away. From the holiday home you have a view of the local mountain (Brotjacklriegl) and the Sonnenwald. An Edeka shop, post office, bank, hairdresser, doctors, library, drinks market, petrol station and inns can be found in the centre of Thurmansbang (3km); also the Thurmansbang bathing lake Buchwiesweiher. Other local bathing lakes: Saldenburger See, Ebenreuther See and Dreiburgensee. The nearest towns are: Tittling and Eging as well as Grafenau (12 km) and Passau (25 km).

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Großzügig dimensioniertes Ferienhaus mit freundlicher Vermieterin. Ein guter Gasthof ist fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Very nice holiday home in the Bavarian Forest
"Our stay in the holiday house Sonnenwald in the Bavarian Forest was simply dreamy! The house was spotless and offered everything we needed. The house is very tastefully furnished and has a beautiful garden. Perfect for relaxing. Our dog Amira also felt very comfortable. The location of the house was absolutely amazing: peacefully situated, yet close to all important excursion destinations." The landlord Andrea was super friendly and helpful, many heartfelt thanks for that once again. We were completely satisfied and can warmly recommend the holiday home!

Vacation in the Holiday Home Sonnenwald
This house, and especially the lovely landlady, comes highly recommended. We stayed there for 10 days with two Leonberger female dogs, and everything was perfect. The house is equipped with everything you need, even a water bowl and a bed for dogs. And not to forget, treats to welcome both humans and animals. We would love to return. Thank you, dear Andrea.

Super
Extremely friendly, sympathetic landlord, very clean large modern house with all comforts and a big garden. Our two Labradoodles felt very comfortable. For our friends who visited us for three days, there was a living room and bedroom available on the upper floor. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful accommodation leaves nothing to be desired!
We had a wonderful vacation in the Bavarian Forest, which was topped off by the fantastic accommodation. Modern furnishings, very clean, and everything you need is there. In addition, a very friendly landlady and a helpful and nice caretaker. Particularly noteworthy: very dog-friendly, from the tiled floor to the completely fenced-in large garden. We can only recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back ourselves! Once again, many thanks to the Hackl family!

Beautiful holiday home
We are just back and have to say that we liked it very much.
The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired, it is very well maintained and everything you need is there.
The garden is generously fenced, so that our Molly also felt very comfortable
Right from the house there is a hiking trail into the woods and meadows, so we found it perfect. In
150 metres away is a restaurant with a beer garden, where we enjoyed ourselves several times
The landlords are very friendly and accommodating without being pushy
All in all it was a wonderful holiday!
We will definitely come back!
