Our lovingly restored holiday apartments are located in a heritage-listed Tyrolean house from the 17th century and offer a unique blend of historical charm and state-of-the-art comfort. Each apartment is individually designed and combines the traditional flair of past centuries with luxurious amenities. High-quality natural materials and state-of-the-art technology, combined with the historic ambiance of our house, create an incomparable vacation home. The STUBAI apartment welcomes you in authentic Tyrolean style and exudes the unique charm of our historic house. Spanning 62 sqm, it accommodates 2-4 people and includes two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a roomy bathroom with underfloor heating and a separate toilet area. A separate wardrobe offers additional storage space to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Private garden right in front of the house. - Enjoy the fresh air and wonderful views in the garden in front of the house. Here you will find a seating area, loungers, and a grill at your disposal.

In winter, the Stubai Valley is among the top ski areas in the Alps. Four ski areas (Stubai Glacier, Schlick2000, Elfer, Serles) around our holiday apartment offer ideal conditions for winter sports. All areas can be reached in a few minutes by car or the free ski bus. The bus stop is 1 min. from the house!
In summer, you will find the ideal starting point for hiking, mountaineering, and cycling with us. Start directly from your front door for a cozy hike or challenging climbing tour. You can leave your car behind without worries – it is safely parked in your private parking space in front of the house.
