Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday in our 82m² large, exclusively furnished vacation home "Am Marina-Park 46". The vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2nd WC. Living room with cozy leather suite.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker invites you to cook and eat together.
In the cozy living room, you can spend relaxing evenings in front of the TV.
For a restful day, there is a terrace right by the water with garden furniture and a grill at your disposal. The high-quality beds ensure a restful sleep, and the provided bed linen (for a surcharge) offers additional comfort.
You can park your car right at the house under the carport.

A high chair is available for our youngest guests.
The bathrooms are equipped with modern sanitary facilities, including a sink, a toilet, and a shower. A hairdryer is also available.
