Welcome to Beach House Soute, located in a peaceful small holiday resort called De Ruiser, right next to Zoutelande, in Zeeland. This vacation home is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. With 120 square meters of living space, 1 master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet, there is enough space for up to 6 guests.
The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious open kitchen has a dishwasher, large gas stove with oven, coffee machine and electric kettle. The bathroom is modern and stylish, equipped with a shower, double sink and toilet.
In the living room you will find a cozy fireplace and a television including Chromecast. There is also a washing machine and dryer. For the little ones there is a crib and high chair available. For the children there is plenty of room to play at the next-door camping site including a restaurant.
Outside you can enjoy the beautiful garden and the fine terrace facing south-west. The terrace is equipped with a table with 6 chairs and a parasol. Two bicycles are available for you to explore the area. The house also has wifi and is suitable for long-term rental.
The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature. You can enjoy the view of the sunset over the water, the quiet country roads and the beautiful natural landscapes. The beach is a stone's throw away, where you can relax and enjoy the sun during any season. During the summer months, you can use the private beach cabin at the beach.

Beautiful house with plenty of space. We were five plus a dog. Super equipped kitchen, everything from dishes to the oven was available and worked. Overall very tastefully furnished, we did not use the garden because of the season. Very nice holiday accommodation in a great location close to the beach.
