In the flat, which is equipped with underfloor heating, there is a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher and a cosy seating area. In the living area there is a high-quality sofa bed with a lying surface of x 200 cm.
The bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) has a spacious wardrobe, which offers enough space for everyone's wardrobe even if the flat is occupied by three people.
The spacious daylight bathroom with washing machine for free use and ground-level shower also leaves nothing to be desired. A shower stool is available on request.
The garden with a high-quality furnished terrace (incl. relaxing chairs and sun loungers) invites you to switch off and relax after a beautiful day of holiday
For families with small children and guests with pets, the property is completely fenced in.
Your holiday flat has its own parking space at the house. Other parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity.
The holiday flat is rented out as a non-smoking flat. Therefore, smoking is only permitted outdoors!

The approx. 50m² holiday flat is in a top location in Norddeich. The beautiful sandy beach, which is only approx. 400m away, the leisure facilities such as the adventure pool "Ocean-Wave", the great children's playhouse, the popular seal breeding station, spa facilities as well as the adventure mini-golf course can be reached comfortably within 5 min. on foot
The ferry port / railway station with connections to Norderney and Juist can be reached on foot in approx. 15 min.
The holiday flat is centrally located but still quiet in a dead-end street. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the dyke.

Norden-Norddeich is a recognised health resort and lies directly on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Here in the "Wadden Sea" nature reserve (UNESCO World Heritage Site), you can wonderfully observe low tide and high tide. Next to the shallowly sloping sandy and green beach (approx. 14 ha), there is a kite meadow and a dog beach. The ideal holiday resort for families with children, but also for senior citizens, wellness enthusiasts and holidaymakers with dogs.
The "Ocean Wave" is located in the modern wave park. This is a unique adventure pool with huge waves, sea water, a giant slide and an exclusive sauna area
Dive into the large seawater wave pool, which is always at a temperature of around 30 degrees. Feel the power of the North Sea. Here you won't be afraid of Blanken Hans. Here there are friendly waves that make you feel the breath of the sea with beautiful regularity
Pure Thalasso! Every half hour there are waves for you for seven minutes at a time: Up to 80 centimetres high. Waves for jumping, diving or surfing with the swimming board. Feel like a dolphin in its element.
The adventure pool
Like a day at the The adventure pool with the grotto, the waterfall, with the current channel and the bubble pool is 300 square metres in size. Here you will find, among other things, a "witch's cauldron" from which you can look into the adventure pool below through underwater windows. For those who prefer it warmer: the bubble pool has a water temperature of 32°C and in the tropical steam bath it is even 42°C warm. The large toddler paddling pool is also heated to 32°C at all times.
If you want to be pampered even more, enjoy an underwater massage or stand under our gargoyle, which really roars over your shoulders. Great fun for big and small passengers.
The Sauna Deck:

This is the right place for sun worshippers and the hot-tempered:
In the sauna garden there are two rustic boathouses with Finnish log saunas. If you like it really hot, this is the place for you! The dry heat here is completely different from the sultry heat inside.
Variety with lots of green
Protected greenery, wild grasses, trees and foreign herbs conjure up a flair of the wide, wide world. The grass rustles in the wind like the waves, the wind cools the skin like the water in the plunge pool, the sun warms the skin from the outside like the sauna from the inside - pure variety and pleasure. The North Sea atmosphere is created by beach chairs and deckchairs.
The well-known seal breeding station, an extraordinary adventure mini-golf course and a great children's playhouse for the little ones, regardless of the weather, are also part of the "wave park".
The new whale museum in Norddeich has lots of interesting facts about life in the North Sea for you and your children, including a huge whale skeleton.
In Norddeich and the surrounding area, there is a tightly knit network of cycle paths that leads interested cyclists through the beautiful landscape of East Frisia.
The beautiful dike promenade invites you to stroll and feast. The "Norddeich-Mole" railway station is located directly at the harbour, with ferry connections to Juist and Norderney. Norden's sports airport is only a few kilometres away.
In Norddeich itself you will find many souvenir shops and all the shopping facilities you need for your daily needs. The well-known pedestrian zone in Norden, the oldest town in East Frisia, invites you to go shopping. From simple snack bars to cosy pubs and fine restaurants, you will find all kinds of establishments here.
There are many other leisure activities at your holiday destination, such as: horse riding, skating, surfing, kiting, hiking, jogging, bowling, fishing, sailing, football, go-karting and bosseln (East Frisian national sport).
You can also take part in various cutter trips or mudflat walks from Norddeich. In addition, many interesting excursion destinations can be visited from Norddeich: Norderney, Juist, Baltrum, Langeoog, Helgoland, Lütetsburg Castle, the Tea Museum, the Automobile Museum, Aurich, Leer, Emden - with a harbour tour, the Emssperrwerk, Papenburg with the Meyer shipyard or the "Otto" lighthouse.
