The 38 m² Anna Nordsee is in a very quiet location close to the beach in the North Sea spa town of Norddeich.
The beach is only about 250 metres away. The pier, the Ocean Wave, various restaurants and shopping facilities are also within easy walking distance.
The holiday flat has been completely refurbished and furnished with new white solid wood furniture. Anna Nordsee is also fully equipped with underfloor heating. The living and sleeping areas have electric shutters to darken the room. The large window in the living area provides the flat with plenty of natural light.
In the kitchen there is a high-quality kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob. Coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils are also new and sufficiently available.
An additional built-in wardrobe in the hallway provides plenty of space and storage for your holiday wardrobe.
In the new bathroom you will find a spacious walk-in shower with corner entry at ground level. The bathroom also has a modern washbasin with a large mirror and vanity unit with plenty of storage space, as well as a WC. Daylight enters the bathroom through the large window with satinised glass.
The living and dining room is a bright room with a comfortable functional sofa including lounge and bed function. The large, solid dining table with chairs and bench invite you to linger. The 32? Inch flat screen TV with SAT connection. Here you can round off your holiday evenings with a glass of wine.
The harmoniously coordinated sleeping area offers a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
The Anna Nordsee has a terrace in the front garden. Here you can enjoy the sun and simply take in the North Sea air. If you no longer want to see the sun, you can use the parasol to make the terrace more shady. A small outdoor storage room is also part of the flat and is located right next to the house.
The flat is in a well-kept house with a total of 2 residential units. You can also book "Anna Meeresluft" in the same house.
