This 70 m² holiday bungalow is located in the middle of Norddeich, within walking distance of the beach and yet in a very quiet Sachgasse. This sophisticated ground-floor holiday home makes for a relaxing holiday. It is 250 metres from the sea. In stormy seas and wind from the sea you can hear the sound of the sea. The spa clinic, pier, Ocean Wave, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The house has been completely renovated and refurnished with high-quality furnishings and lovely accessories.
The house has 2 bedrooms facing the quiet garden. Anna Meeresluft is also fully equipped with underfloor heating.
The holiday home impresses with its spacious, bright living area with a wide window front facing the garden. The fireplace is located in the natural stone wall and invites you to spend cosy evenings by the crackling fire. From the high-quality suite and the lounge or swivel armchairs, you can enjoy the view of the fireplace, flat screen or the garden. High-quality solid pine furniture rounds off the cosy atmosphere.
Loom chairs in the kitchen invite you to enjoy cosy meals and get-togethers. The high-quality, stylish kitchenette offers a dishwasher, a ceramic hob (2 hotplates) and other amenities such as a simple coffee machine and a Senseo, kettle, blender and a variety of kitchen utensils. Crockery is new and plentiful. If you wish, you can prepare and cook your meals outside. Hotplates are available for this purpose. So you can spend every precious minute in the healthy North Sea air.
The master bedroom has a large romantic loom bed (180 x 200 cm). There is also a large wardrobe with a total of four doors. You should be able to store your holiday clothes well here.
The children's bedroom is furnished with two single beds. These can be pushed together to form a double bed if required. There is also a wardrobe with three doors and a chest of drawers for your clothes. There is also a TV in the bedroom for younger guests.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, a large mirror and a window as well as a WC and washbasin.
Outside in the garden you can enjoy the sea air in good weather. The large awning protects you from too much sunshine. The fountain gurgles while the steaks are being prepared in the barbecue area. Experience unforgettable hours together on the large terrace in this terraced house with a detached house feel.
You can park your car in the car park.

The "Anna Nordsee" can be booked in the same house.

Nice, clean, great location

Cozy apartment with a large living room and a great garden. Very good location. About 300 m to the dike (behind Drachenwiese). Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Playground around the corner. All in all, absolutely recommendable.
