Modern and affordable 3-star apartment.

2-room vacation apartment*** for 2-3 people with Wi-Fi.
The 3-star apartment is located in the heart of Willing - directly behind the town hall on a hillside on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with an elevator. The last floor must be reached by stairs. With short walking distances to the town center (100m) and to the pub district/nightlife (200m), this apartment is ideal for night owls, short-term vacationers looking for an appealing - but affordable sleeping place, who like to live right in the middle of everything and want to reach everything within a short distance. On weekends, the center is quite lively until late in the evening, while weekdays are quiet in the evenings.

The modern apartment is compact and functional. You will find everything important that one expects from a modern vacation apartment, but no unnecessary frills. From the living room, you look over the rooftops of Old Willingen.

- Living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, free SKY-TV, radio, dining area. - open kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven and functional equipment (microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine)

The 3rd sleeping space is located in the living room on the sofa bed.
The facility includes a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Bakery with café; three restaurants and breakfast options as well as the iconic adventure dining "Don Camillo" (in the former village church) with dancing on weekends can be found within 50-100m.

ATTENTION - important information for clubs! ! ! For precaution, regarding Willingen’s party tourism, we would like to point out that we value cultured guests and do not wish for or tolerate “excessive sociability” - such as parties, loud music, and other boisterous celebrations - on the terrace, balcony, and also inside the house! If you choose to enjoy yourself in the local establishments - please behave appropriately in our house and be considerate of the neighbors, then you are most welcome as guests. We ask for an objective self-assessment on your part as to whether you suit us. Please also note §12 of our terms and conditions! No rentals to pure party clubs, bachelor parties, "social" sports clubs, twentysomething groups under 30 years!

With short walking distances to the town center (100m) and to the bar area/nightlife (200m), this vacation apartment is ideal for night owls, short-term vacationers, and during holidays for families who prefer to live in the midst of it all and want to reach everything within a short distance. Bakery with café; three restaurants and breakfast options, as well as the cult dining experience "Don Camillo" (in the former village church) with dancing on the weekend can be found within 50-100m.

WILLINGEN/Upland in NATURPARK DIEMELSEE: Four-season vacation in the most visited holiday resort in the low mountain range. Willingen (550-843 m) is a climatic health resort & winter sports destination; its wide range of leisure activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen, with its slogan "Everything I want," is equally popular among young and old.

Summer beach swimming at Diemelsee; for hikers, Willingen, with Europe's largest high moor and eight 800m peaks, is the top address in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg-Hochheide Tower - the highest viewing point in northwest Germany. Bike Park with World Cup downhill course. One of the top 5 mid-mountain ski areas with 15km of panoramic slopes, modern 8-person cable car + 11 lifts, 6km of floodlit slopes, >90 snow cannons, 70km of trails, EWF Biathlon Arena with a snow-covered 2km floodlit trail. Not only the après-ski is legendary, it's 'Saturday-Night-Fever' all year round. Siggi's Ettelsberghütte is a cult favorite. ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.

Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival

Our basic daily rate applies to a stay of 4 nights, and unfortunately, the price calculator may not always accurately display surcharges and discounts. Please consider the following surcharges/discounts:
Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 60€
Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 30€
Discount: 7 nights for the price of 6 nights (except during holiday periods)

When you make a request or booking, you will receive from us via email the binding total price.
Additionally, there is a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/per day (from 2024)

very good for a car-free short vacation

Affordable apartment for a short vacation. Very clean and functionally furnished, even with a TV in the bedroom. We arrived by train and therefore found the centrally located walking distance great.
