In this chic flat with penthouse-character, you have super panoramic views of Willingen, ski area, cable car and surrounding mountains from the south-west balcony and the spacious open living room from all 5 living room windows. This is where "high feelings" come in!

The flat is modern and very tastefully furnished and has its own underground parking space. It meets high living comfort for 2 people. A medium sized dog is welcome.
PLEASE NOTE: the sleeping place for the 3rd person takes place in a comfortable extra bed (not a sofa bed) in the living room. No evening needed to convert the sofa.

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.


Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!


Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.


Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings

We felt comfortable!

The apartment offers everything that belongs to a very good standard and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was simply available. Location and view very good. A great view of the ski area. Quietly located and still central. A small minus for the shower cabin edge! Otherwise, the apartment is highly recommended. Anytime again. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

The apartment is beautiful and well-maintained. The view is great. Unfortunately, the description does not mention that the apartment is accessible via many stairs or a difficult path. There is no elevator. It is difficult for people with mobility impairments. The parking in the underground garage is very good. It is a multi-family house. There were daily noise disturbances from the neighbors. For these reasons, we would not rent this apartment again.

THE view!

The absolute highlight is the view - the apartment is very well-maintained and clean. Everything is available, including many spices, which makes shopping easier. We always like coming here again.
