The 3-star apartment is located in the heart of Willingen - directly behind the town hall on a slope within a terraced apartment complex. With short walking distances to the town center (100m) and to the pub district/nightlife (200m), this apartment is ideal for night owthers, short-term vacationers, and during the holidays for families who like to live in the middle of it all and want to reach everything within a short distance. On weekends, the center remains quite lively until late in the evening, while on weekdays it is quiet in the evenings.

The apartment is classically elegant and functionally furnished. You will find everything important that one expects from a modern vacation apartment, but no unnecessary frills.
From the living room and terrace, you overlook the rooftops of Old Willingen across to the Ohrenberg ski jump.

As a precaution regarding Willingen's party tourism, we point out that we value cultured guests and do not desire or tolerate "excessive socializing" - such as parties, loud music, and other boisterous celebrations - on the balcony or in the apartment! If you wish to enjoy yourselves in the local venues but behave appropriately in the vacation rental and consider the neighbors, you are welcome guests. Bakery with café; three restaurants and breakfast options as well as the cult dining experience "Don Camillo" (in the former village church) with dancing on the weekend are located within 100-200m.

WILLINGEN/Upland in the NATURPARK DIEMELSEE: Four-seasons vacation in the most visited resort of the low mountain ranges. Willingen (550-843 m) is a climatic health resort & winter sports destination; its extensive recreational opportunities are unique in Germany, which is why Willingen, with its slogan "Everything I want," is equally popular among young and old.

Summer beach swimming at Diemelsee; for hikers, Willingen, with Europe's largest high moor and eight 800-meter peaks, is the top address in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg-Hochheideturm - the highest viewpoint in northwest Germany. Bike park with World Cup downhill course. One of the top 5 mid-mountain ski resorts with 15km of panoramic slopes, modern 8-person cable car + 11 lifts, 6km of floodlit slopes, >90 snow cannons, 70km of trails, EWF Biathlon Arena with a snow-covered 2km floodlit trail. ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.

Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.

Our base daily rate applies to a stay of 4 nights and unfortunately, the price calculator cannot always correctly display surcharges and discounts. Please note the following surcharges/discounts:
Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 90€
Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 45€
Discount: 7 nights for the price of 6 nights (except during holiday periods)

When you make an inquiry or booking, we will send you the binding total price via email.
Additionally, there is a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/per day (from 2024)

Die Wohnung ist schön und gepflegt. Der Ausblick top. In der Beschreibung steht leider nicht, dass die Wohnung über viele Treppen oder einen mühsamen Weg zu erreichen ist. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Für gehbehinderte erschwerlich. Der Parkplatz in der TG sehr gut. Es ist ein mehr Familienhaus. Es gab täglich Lärmbelästigungen durch die Mitbewohner. Aus diesen Gründen würden wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten

Diese Wohnung hatten wir gewählt wegen der Nähe zur Eishalle für das Trainingscamp unserer Tochter. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden im nächsten Jahr sicherlich wiederkommen.

Superzentral gelegene, schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit Aussicht und guter Ausstattung. In jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein TV und auch ein Fön ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
