Find relaxation and tranquillity in this idyllic residential complex near the forest and beach in the beautiful amber resort of Koserow. A wide range of activities await you here, including long walks through the coastal forest and along the cliffs, as well as a visit to the fine sandy beach. A highlight is the town's new pier, which creates a unique atmosphere thanks to its lighting, especially in the evening hours.
The 53 square metre two-room flat "Sommerwind Usedom" is located on the ground floor of the house. This flat has been furnished with great attention to detail in harmonious colour combinations. Up to four people can enjoy their holiday together here.
In the living area you will find a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed, which can also be used as an overnight accommodation. Further entertainment is provided by a DVD player and a Bluetooth radio. The kitchenette is equipped with essential kitchen appliances such as a 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. You can enjoy home-cooked meals with the family at the small dining area. The room is flooded with natural light from the large windows.
Adjacent is the spacious terrace, where you can spend many hours in the sun thanks to its south-westerly orientation. Nothing stands in the way of a barbecue in summer.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 metres) and a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe.
The daylight bathroom with its maritime design has a washbasin, WC, shower and heated towel rail.
The flat has its own car parking space at the house. WLAN is available free of charge. Your bicycles can be stored in the communal bicycle room.
