Due to its ideal layout, the 3-room holiday flat has two bedrooms, a large living and dining area and a bathroom on 56 square metres. The living room is furnished with a dining table for four people and a modern couch. The covered balcony with south-eastern orientation will quickly become your favourite place. Enjoy the view of the greenery and the surrounding buildings while having breakfast or dinner or relax at the end of a day at the beach. The kitchen adjoins the living room and is fully equipped so that you can cater for yourself completely if you wish. A 4-ring hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher are provided. The arrangement of the countertop offers plenty of work space for preparations or cooking together. Due to the two bedrooms, the flat is ideal for families with children. Your four-legged friend is also welcome
The larger of the two bedrooms has a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m lying area) and a spacious wardrobe. A cot is available for the smallest guests. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a small table and two chairs. Both rooms are furnished with functional wooden furniture. The large daylight bathroom with shower, towel heating, WC and washbasin completes the offer
You can park your car on an assigned parking space directly on the premises. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge in the flat. Bicycles that you bring with you can be safely stored in a communal storage room.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow - one of the amber resorts on the island of Usedom. This holiday complex is in a quiet location and thus offers those seeking peace and quiet as well as active holidaymakers an excellent base from which to explore the town as well as enjoy hikes in the nearby coastal forest or stroll along the steep coast. The village centre with shops and restaurants is within walking distance. A highlight is the new pier of the village, which, thanks to its lighting, creates a unique atmosphere, especially in the evening hours.
