The most beautiful gift is time together. Whether a family vacation across generations or quality time with friends: experience unforgettable days at Landhaus Augenblicke.
In the house from the 1950s, lovingly renovated by us in 2022, on an approximately 450 m² property, body and soul can relax on 120 m² of living space. Designed for 8 guests, it combines coziness and modernity to create a feel-good atmosphere in which you can enjoy your days off:
• Ground floor: Here, our living kitchen with oven, microwave, etc. warmly welcomes you. At the bar table with four stools, you can chat with the cook while they prepare meals for your loved ones. The center of hospitality is the cozy living room with a comfortable pellet stove, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, smart TV, and highboard. At the large dining table, you can review the impressions of your vacation day together. In addition, you will find games and books for your entertainment. The spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, and bidet invites you to relax. • Upper floor: On this floor are the bedrooms, all three furnished with double beds, separate mattresses, and great attention to detail, one of them with SAT-TV. A second bathroom with shower, washbasin, and WC completes the rooms on this floor.
Three parking spaces including one e-charging station, large storage rooms for your bikes and ski equipment make your stay comfortable. Especially popular: the covered terrace with grill. Here you can sit together for a long time while the children play in the garden. From there you have a direct view of the summit cross of the Olsberg. The large fenced garden invites you to relax. A favorite spot to enjoy time out with family and friends – also for your four-legged family members. Two dogs are warmly welcome in the country house. Free Wi-Fi, internet radio, bed linen, towels (including dog towels), table and kitchen linen as well as water and energy costs are included. Pellets are also included in the price. We welcome our guests with a small welcome gift. Enjoy your active holiday in the Kneipp spa town of Olsberg, the gateway to the Hochsauerland, while hiking, biking or skiing. Recharge your batteries with your loved ones and enjoy carefree days in our country house. However you choose to spend your stay: we wish you wonderful moments.

Experience an exceptional stay at the foot of the Olsberg, above the Dr. Grüne spa park, quietly situated yet very close to the center. The location could hardly be better: you can reach the center of Olsberg in just 2 minutes, with the new Kneipp adventure park, restaurants, cafes, shops, the concert hall, as well as the Aqua-Olsberg swimming and sauna complex.
The Landhaus Augenblicke is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. Our recommendation: In the magnificent and water-rich landscape of the Sauerland, the 40-kilometer-long and award-winning Kneipp hiking trail leads around the town of Olsberg, the gateway to the Hochsauerland. You can reach the summit cross of the Olsberg in an hour on foot.
For walks or gentle activities, the spa park is right next door – ideal also for the older generation.
If you want more action: The winter sports and adventure destinations Willingen and Winterberg can be reached by car in just 20 minutes. There you will find pure action – from ski slopes and go-kart tracks to downhill courses. With a length of 665 meters, the Skywalk in Willingen is Germany’s longest pedestrian bridge. Or you can travel free of charge throughout the entire Hochsauerland district by bus or train, because with us you receive the SauerlandCard, which also gives you attractive discounts at many leisure facilities or restaurants. However you choose to spend your stay in the land of a thousand mountains – we wish you unforgettable moments.

| A deposit of 30% of the travel price is due 5 days after booking, the final payment 14 days before arrival. Children up to 3 years are free. A security deposit of 300 EUR is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Refunds are usually given in cash at departure after the house has been inspected. If the inspection occurs after departure and no damages are found, the deposit will be transferred. The prices indicated do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on site as mandatory. The landlord can terminate the lease immediately at any time if the rental conditions are not met. The landlord can also terminate the lease immediately if the use of the house is not possible, e.g., due to damage to the property, sale of the house, or in the event of force majeure. Very nice holiday home for the whole family + dog
We were guests with 5 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog and felt very comfortable. The house was very clean, well and sufficiently equipped, and very cozy. The landlords were very nice in communication via email and also on-site, always reachable. Thank you for a very nice stay! We can only recommend the house, a successful vacation for us!!

Family vacation in the Sauerland
We stayed for 4 nights with 6 adults and two small children in the holiday accommodation Landhaus Augenblicke in Olsberg.
The accommodation is centrally located and quiet. Bakeries, shopping options, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Additionally, it is a good starting point for hikes.
It was a very pleasant stay. The communication with the landlords was very friendly and went smoothly.
The equipment of the house is very good. You have everything you need. The baby bed and high chair were provided as requested. One felt very comfortable right away.
Also noteworthy are the fully fenced garden and the covered terrace.
