Description
Our finca is comfortable and modern, featuring a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a pool area, a sun terrace with shade sails and comfortable sun loungers, a covered terrace with lounge and seating furniture, as well as many quiet spots in the garden. It is suitable for 8 people; additionally, appropriate beds are available for two babies/toddlers. Dogs are also welcome upon request! The estate is divided into a main house and a separate apartment, which surround a sheltered, approximately 100 sqm courtyard that is suitable for cozy and shady hours. The total living space is about 260 sqm, plus various terraces and a balcony.
Behind the main house, facing south, there is a 5x10 m saltwater pool with a large surrounding terrace and an outdoor shower. A sun sail and two straw umbrellas provide enough shade so that one can make oneself comfortable on the wide and comfy loungers for an extended period of time. To the left of the main house's terrace, there is a spacious barbecue area in a sheltered location. On the covered terrace, there is a three-meter-long dining table, which comfortably seats 8 people. Across from it is a lounge bench with many cuddly pillows, an ideal place to let your soul dangle a bit and enjoy the evening sun. The landscaped garden area with many Mediterranean plants covers about 2,000 sqm, surrounding the house and the pool area, and provides optimal privacy.
The main house has a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining counter on the ground floor, where the dining room and the living room are also integrated. Everything was decorated and designed in a country house style. A cozy living area invites you to relax. A special play corner is set up for the little guests. Furthermore, you will find a shower room and a utility room with a washing machine and a large fridge/freezer. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a large master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, featuring a freestanding bathtub and a separate shower. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. An additional 'en suite' bathroom is available for these rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and flat-screen TVs, and have access to the large terrace. Here you can enjoy the view of the countryside and the sea.
Right next to the main house is the entrance to the apartment. Here you will find a bedroom with a double bed, which is also equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Furthermore, there is a shower room and an open kitchen (without a stove) with a dining table. In the living area, there is a comfortable couch with an integrated ottoman, which can be converted into an additional sleeping space, and there is also a flat-screen TV. All rooms are tastefully, comfortably, and modernly furnished, with many loving details. A private terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax.

Location and surroundings of object
Finca La Cabana is located between the villages of S'Horta and Porto Colom in the south-east of Mallorca on a 15,000 square metre fenced plot. The distance to the sea is about 1 km as the crow flies, the nearest beach is Cala Marcal in Porto Colom, about 4 km away. The Vall d'Or golf course is only about 5 kilometres away and can be reached quickly by car. In S'Horta there are several restaurants and small shops for daily needs. Porto Colom impresses with its unspoilt marina, a beautiful promenade, numerous restaurants and shops, and opposite in the beautiful old town, with a small but very well-kept beach. A beautiful beach bay, Cala Sa Nau, is about 10 kilometres away in the direction of Cala d'Or. The path is narrow and parking is limited, but it is definitely worth a trip. In Cala d'Or there is a large Eroski supermarket, if you drive a little further to Santanyi, there is a Lidl and an Agromat (organic products), among others, and a few great restaurants (e.g. Anoa, East26, Retroway, India, etc.).
