The lovingly and modernly furnished 3-room flat is 85 m² in size and is located on the ground floor.
The light-flooded living room with floor-to-ceiling windows has a comfortable corner sofa and invites you to linger in comfort. The flat-screen TV with Smart function, a radio and free WiFi provide pleasant entertainment. The south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a view of the Granitz forest can be accessed from the living room. There is an additional storage room next to the terrace.
Integrated into the living room is the high-quality, fully equipped open kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob with integrated extractor fan, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine with grinder and offers everything for a feast with loved ones.z is the perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating and has 2 bedrooms furnished with high-quality box-spring beds. Both bedrooms have an additional flat screen TV and a wardrobe.

An automatic car lift takes you conveniently to the underground car park, from where you can easily reach the flat by lift.

Location and surroundings of object
Binz is the largest (approx. 5300 inhabitants and over 13,000 guest beds) and probably the best-known seaside resort on the island of Rügen. Situated on the edge of the vast beech forests of the Granitz, Binz is bordered to the west by Lake Schmachter and to the east by the seemingly endless 8 kilometre-long fine sandy beach of Prorer Wiek. To the north, parallel to Prorer Wiek, runs the coastal forest of Schmalen Heide with Prora, the former KdF spa, at its centre.
The approximately 4-kilometre-long beach promenade characterises the town with its numerous buildings in the style of spa architecture. Ornate bay windows and balconies, turrets, open and glazed verandas give the houses an unmistakable appearance and convey nostalgic feelings to the observer.
A popular destination for visitors to Binz is the 370 metre long pier. it was completed in 1994 and is similar in design to the piers built there before it, which did not last long due to storms, ice and fire. The pier is also the mooring point for excursion boats, and anyone looking from the bridge towards the beach will be caught by the Kurhaus, built in 1908 and restored with considerable effort and resources in the years after reunification.
As early as 1880, Binz was transformed from a fishing village into a fashionable seaside resort and a stronghold of summer holidaymakers. And this turn-of-the-century charm is still present today. Although it suffered from criminal neglect for decades, a large number of the historic spa-style villas have been preserved at great expense in recent years. The "Rasender Roland" miniature railway has been stopping in Binz since 1895, making it possible to travel to Putbus, the old residence town with its circus, castle - with orangery - and castle park.

Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 50% danach und bei Nichterscheinen: 100% c) Dem Mieter bleibt der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass bei dem Vermieter kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist. d) Der Mieter kann bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag einen Ersatzmieter benennen, der bereit ist, an seiner Stelle in das bestehende Vertragsverhältnis einzutreten. Der Vermieter kann dem Eintritt des Dritten widersprechen, wenn dieser wirtschaftlich oder persönlich unzuverlässig erscheint. Tritt ein Dritter in den Mietvertrag ein, so haften er und der bisherige Mieter dem Vermieter als Gesamtschuldner für den Mietpreis und die durch den Eintritt des Dritten entstehenden Mehrkosten. Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung wird dem Mieter empfohlen.
