Elite VILLA SUNJOY with magnificent panoramic sea views, with private pool and cosy courtyard, for a comfortable group holiday for up to 13 people. The villa is located on the Athenian Riviera, 40 min. drive from Athens airport, 60 min. from the centre of Athens and the Acropolis.
The 310-square-metre Villa SUNJOY has five large bedrooms and four bathrooms, a huge living room with a seating area with TV and comfortable sofas, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cosy courtyard with sea views. The courtyard has a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, sofas and dining tables under a shaded canopy. There is also a barbecue and a covered garage.
The villa is located 300 m. from the beach in the elite settlement of private villas in the resort of Sounion, 14 minutes by car from the temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounion and a few minutes drive from many beautiful sandy beaches with beach bars with sun loungers and umbrellas and developed resorts for evening walks.
Villa SUNJOY is a very comfortable 310 sqm villa, ideal for a large group of guests. The villa is on two levels and has separate entrances from the courtyard to each floor in addition to an internal staircase. The upper level of the house consists of three bedrooms and a huge veranda with seating area and magnificent sea views. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms with their own bathroom each and with a large double bed, the third bedroom is a semi-open bedroom which we furnished in the living room on the first floor and has a magnificent sea view and direct access to the veranda, it also has a large double bed. All three bedrooms are equipped with a TV.
The lower level of the house is the level of the courtyard and pool area and has two more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet in the living room. The first bedroom downstairs has one large double bed and one single bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, making for 12 comfortable places to sleep.
The entire front part of the ground floor is a large living room with large balcony windows overlooking the courtyard and pool area. The lounge has a seating area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a music centre for relaxing in the heat. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining table downstairs. The laundry room, which includes a washing machine, white goods, hoover, etc., as well as a second large fridge for the convenience of a large group of guests.
The villa is fully equipped with all necessary household appliances.
There are: 6 air conditioners, high quality Wi-Fi in the house and on the villa grounds, satellite TV, 5 TVs, music centre, mosquito nets on all windows and balcony doors, hair dryer in each bathroom. Washing machine, iron, ironing board, hoover and second fridge in the laundry room.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen: electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer and drinking water cooler, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, French coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as dishes and everything necessary for cooking.

VILLA SUNJOY is located 300m. from the beach in the complex of elite private villas of Aeolos on the Saronic coast of Attica next to the famous resorts of Anavissos, Palea Fokea, Lavrio and Sounion.
The Aeolos complex with its private beach is a small settlement of elite private villas on the seafront. The beach of the complex with a traditional Greek church on the shore will give you solitude and a peaceful holiday, there is no beach bar, noise or music on the beach. The beach is sandy mixed with small pebbles, crystal clear and not too deep, ideal for relaxing with children.
If you prefer organised beaches with beach bars, sun loungers and umbrellas, there are plenty on the outskirts, the nearest CASTUS beach bar is 1 km. from the house. We also recommend visiting Anavisso beach with many beach bars 5 km. from the house, St. Nicholas 6 km., Xarakas beach with two beach bars 2 km., the elite beach bar GRECOTEL overlooking the Temple of Poseidon 6 km. from the villa. All beaches mentioned are sandy and not too deep, ideal for relaxing with children.
For an evening stroll, there are several seafood restaurants just 2 km. from the house and the CASTUS bar acts as a cocktail bar in the evenings.
Also for shopping and evening walks we recommend the nearest towns of Anavisso and Palia Fokea 5 km from the villa or the port town of Lavrio 18 km away.
In Anavisso and Lavrio you will find large supermarkets, Jambo children's world in Lavrio, butcher shops, bakeries, vegetable and fish shops, pharmacies, telephone shops, a village market on Thursdays in Lavrio and Wednesdays in Anavisso. And for an evening stroll there are many traditional tavernas with a sea of produce, cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, etc.
I would also add that many restaurants from Pale Fokea and Anavisso deliver food to our villa (ask us for a link of restaurants with home delivery).
Also, from Port Lavrio you can arrange a ferry ride to the nearby islands of Kea and Kythnos or hire a yacht or boat for a short private trip
