New flats of 60 m2 for a comfortable stay of 5 people with an amazing view of the sea and the pine forest, only 80 m. from the sandy beach of Asimaki Baech in the resort of Sunion, Attica. The flat has a large front veranda with sun loungers and a dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea and the green mountain landscape. The nearest beach to Asimaki is sandy and not too deep, ideal for families with children of all ages. Also within 100-300m. of the house are several more beautiful coves with sandy beaches for secluded swimming. The Sounio Dea Del Mare complex is a 35-minute drive from Athens airport and a 60-minute drive from the centre of Athens and the Acropolis.
The second floor flat IRIDA flat of 60m2 consists of a living room with comfortable sofas and TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, two bedrooms and two verandas at the front and back of the flat. The large front veranda has sun loungers and a large dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea. Also on the rear veranda is a table and chairs for morning coffee. Parking is available in the courtyard of the complex.
The flat is modern and comfortably furnished and equipped with all the necessary equipment: 2 air conditioners, Smart TV and Netflix, very good WI-FI, mosquito nets, hair dryer, iron with board, bed linen and towels. And a fully equipped kitchen, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and kitchen utensils and dishes.
For a comfortable night's sleep our guests have a large double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other and a sofa bed in the living room.

The IRIDA flat is located in the elite Sounio Dea Del Mare residential complex by the sea, next to the magnificent sandy beach of Asimaki in the resort of Shunion, 35min. drive from Athens airport and 60 minutes. from the centre of Athens and the Acropolis. Our sites are a combination of turquoise sea and green mountain landscape, peace and quiet.
The nearest beach Asimaki baech is sandy and not too deep, ideal for families with children of all ages. Also within 100-300m. of the house are several beautiful coves with sandy beaches for secluded swimming.
For shopping and evening walks there is a bakery - minimarket and several restaurants just 250m. from the house .
Also for shopping and entertainment we recommend the port town of Lavrio 3 km. from the complex.
In Lavrio on Thursdays you can find large supermarkets, Jambo children's world, meat, bakeries, vegetable and fish shops, pharmacies, telephone shops, village market. And for an evening stroll, there are many traditional seafood tavernas, cafés, restaurants, cocktail bars, etc.
You can also arrange a ferry trip to the nearest islands of Kea and Kitnos, or take a swim at one of the diving schools, of which there are several in Lavrio.
If you decide to relax on a private boat only 1.5 km. from the complex is the AQUAMARINE private boat harbour.
