The 70 m2 flat for a comfortable stay for 5 people has two huge bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a large front veranda with dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea and the stunning sunset over the bay of Saronida Beach. The flat is located in the centre of the resort and literally opposite the beach. Access to the beach via a subway. The nearest cafes and restaurants are only 150m. from the flat a large supermarket 120m. , bus stop 122 which goes to the nearest Athens metro station Eliniko only 180m. from the flat. Our flat is an ideal place for family holidays without renting a car and for business trips.
The flat is modernly furnished and equipped with all new furniture and appliances. The first bedroom has a large double bed and a seating area with corner sofa and TV. The sofa can also be converted into a double bed. The second bedroom has one large double bed and one single bed, a TV, and a desk with armchair and table lamp for remote work. In front of the flat there is a huge veranda with a dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea and the amazing sunset over Saronida beach.
The flat is equipped with all the essentials: 2 air conditioners, 2 Smart TVs with Netflix, very good WI-FI, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and board, washing machine, bed linen and towels, as well as beach towels.
The kitchen includes: - Electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, as well as dishes and everything you need for cooking.
The dining area has a dining table with chairs, a dressing table and a large mirror.
Next to the flat there is a café with a public swimming pool. The café and pool are not part of our apartment complex and we do not know when it is open and when it is not. There is a fee to enter the pool and it costs €5 in season 23.
The flat does not have private parking, there is parking on the street.

VISTA MARE flats are located in a residential complex close to the sea in the centre of the famous Athenian Riviera resort of Saronida. The distance to the beautiful sandy beach of Saronida is only 80m. , access to the beach by an underground passage. The central part of the resort with numerous cafes and restaurants for an evening stroll is only 150m. from the house. In the central square there is a beautiful fenced children's playground. Large supermarket 120m. from the flat. Village market every Monday 200m. from the house .
Also ideal public transport connections to Athens. Only 180m. from the house is the bus stop 122, which runs to the metro station Elliniko in Athens, from where you can take the metro to the central square of Athens Syntagma and to the Acropoli station in 14 minutes.
Also by bus 122, you can visit the famous youth districts of Glyfada and Vouliagmeni with many elite restaurants and nightclubs.
Also from the airport you can get to Saronida by public transport with a change in Glyfada to bus 122.
The Saronida resort is located in the southern part of Attica, just 25 minutes by car from the airport and 45 minutes from the centre of Athens.
Also the south side of Attica is famous for its most beautiful beaches, which you can visit or 5-10 minutes by car or by bus 122 or 123, which leaves from the central Saronida square 180m. from the flat.
Our flat is the ideal place for a comfortable family holiday without a car and for business trips.
