PORTO D'ORO - Spa Jacuzzi LUXURY APARTMENT is a new modernly furnished apartment with a Jacuzzi on the veranda and a wonderful sea view in the port town of Lavrio, 35 min. drive from Athens airport.
The apartment with an area of 95 square meters is located on the third floor of a new building with an elevator and consists of two large bedrooms, a living room with a huge front veranda, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The apartment is located 650m. from the city center and 700 m. from the Lavrio port .
The apartment has two large bedrooms, each with a private balcony. A huge living room with a dining table and a seating area with comfortable sofa, TV and fireplace. Also a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and bathroom with tub and toilet.
From the living room there is access to a large front veranda with amazing view of the sea and the port of Lavrio. The veranda has a Jacuzzi and comfortable sofa where you can sunbathe in the morning and relax in the Jacuzzi while watching the amazing sunrise over the island of Makronisos and enjoy the pleasant coolness of the veranda at lunchtime when the sun sets on the back of the house.
The apartment owns a parking space in the basement garage of the building. The building has an elevator.
For a comfortable sleep of our guests, there is one large double bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that converts into one large double bed or two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a work desk with an office chair.
The apartment is decorated and furnished with exquisite taste and equipped with all new appliances: air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room, new TVs with Smart TV and Netflix in each bedroom and in the living room, WI-FI, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and board , vacuum cleaner, bed linen and towels. And a fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and French coffee maker, multi mixer, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.

APARTMENT PORTO D'ORO is located in the port resort of Lavrio, just 200m. from the sea and 700m. or a 10-minute walk from the harbour, the central square of the resort, the promenade and the marina with numerous cafes and restaurants for an evening stroll. Resort Lavrio is a large and very developed resort with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Several large supermarkets, telephone shops, banks and many cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars. The nearest supermarket is 700m. from the flat. The village market on Thursdays 500m. from the flat. In the central square of the village 650m. from the flat you will find a beautiful fountain avenue with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes.
The Lavrio resort is located in the southern part of the Attica region, a 60-minute drive from the centre of Athens and the Acropolis, 35 minutes from Athens airport and 15 minutes from the temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounio, and a few minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Sounio resort. The nearest sandy beach, Perdika, is 2.5 km away. It is a 5-minute drive from the flat. We also highly recommend Puntazeza beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and a beach bar with refreshing drinks and a restaurant located 5 km from the flat. And of course the famous Aegeon beach with sun loungers, umbrellas with beach bar and restaurant. This beach is a 15-minute drive from the flat at the foot of the Temple of Poseidon and offers an amazing view of the Cape.
Lavrio is Attica's largest yachting centre and is also famous for its surf clubs and diving schools, which attract tourists to our locations throughout the year.
From Lavrio harbour you can take a day trip to the nearby islands of Kea and Kythnos.
