A new 130 m2 villa providing a comfortable stay for 8 people with stunning panoramic sea views, just a few steps from the sandy beach of Asimaki Baech in the resort of Sounion in Attica. The villa has two huge verandas. The nearest beach, Asimaki baech, is sandy and not too deep, ideal for families with children of all ages. Also within 100-300m. of the house are several beautiful coves with sandy beaches for secluded swimming. The Sounio Dea Del Mare complex is a 5-minute drive from the temple of Poseidon on Cape Sunion, a 35-minute drive from Athens airport and a 60-minute drive from the centre of Athens and the Acropolis.
Villa Venera 130 sq.m. on two floors. The villa consists of a huge living room with seating area with comfortable sofas and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a large front veranda with dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea and surrounding islands. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet and a kitchen balcony. The second floor of the villa consists of three bedrooms, a large front veranda overlooking the sea with sun loungers and a table for morning coffee. Also on the second floor there is a third bedroom balcony overlooking the green mountain landscape and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. In front of the villa there is a lawned patio and parking for two cars.
The villa is modernly comfortably furnished and equipped with all the necessary household appliances: 4 air-conditioners (in each bedroom and in the living room), 2 TVs, very good WI-FI, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets on all windows and balcony doors, permanent hot water, washing machine, clothes dryer, hoover, cleaning products, four folding chairs and a beach umbrella, bed linen and bath and beach towels. A cot and highchair can be delivered to the flat on request. Also a fully equipped kitchen, electric cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, French coffee machine and NESPRESSO coffee machine, multifunctional blender, juicer, dishes and utensils.
For the comfortable sleep of our guests, there is one large double bed in two bedrooms, two single beds in the third bedroom and two very comfortable single sofas 0.95 m wide and 2 m long in the living room.

Villa Venera is located in the elite residential complex of Sounio Dea Del Mare by the sea, next to the magnificent sandy beach of Asimaki. Access to the beach via a path directly from the villa's veranda. There is no road between the villa and the beach, the house is located right on the seafront.
The Sounio Dea Del Mare complex is located in the elite resort of Sounion in Attica, a 5-minute drive from the temple of Poseidon on Cape Sunion, a 35-minute drive from Athens airport and 60 minutes from the centre of Athens and the Acropolis. Our sites are a combination of turquoise sea and green mountain landscape, peace and quiet.
The nearest beach, Asimaki, is sandy and not too deep, ideal for families with children of all ages. Also within 100-300m. of the house are several beautiful coves with sandy beaches for secluded swimming.
For shopping and evening walks there is a bakery - minimarket and several restaurants just 250m. from the house .
Also for shopping and entertainment we recommend the port town of Lavrio 4 km. from the complex.
In Lavrio you can find large supermarkets, Jambo children's world, bakeries, vegetable and fish shops, pharmacies, telephone shops, village market on Thursdays. And for an evening stroll there are many traditional seafood tavernas, cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars etc.
You can also arrange a ferry trip to the nearest islands of Kea and Kithnos, or dive at one of the diving schools, of which there are several in Lavrio.
If you decide to relax with a private boat, there is a private boat harbour OLYMPIC MARINE 2.5 km from the house.
