Description
Villa - mini complex LAGONISI RESIDENCE with private swimming pool and large fenced yard with lawn and garden for children's play. The complex consists of 4 completely separate flats, each with a separate entrance from the courtyard. Each flat has its own bathroom and kitchen. The entire complex has 5 bedrooms, three living rooms and 4 bathrooms. The ideal flat layout for a large group of friends, up to 18 people, 3-4 families of friends or relatives. The special charm of our complex is the huge green garden with lawn, stone paths, olive and ornamental trees, deck chairs and sun loungers by the pool, which is beautifully lit in the evening and will provide a peaceful atmosphere, freshness and comfort to your holiday. The complex is modernly furnished and equipped with all new equipment. The nearest beautiful sandy beach is 1.2 km. from the complex. There is a bus stop by the beach that runs to Athens.
The residential area of the complex is 230 sq.m. and consists of two buildings, the main building of 150 sq.m. in which Lagonissi Residence 1 and 2 flats are located and the second building of 80 sq.m. in which Lagonissi Residence 3 and 4 flats are located. All flats are just a few steps away from the swimming pool and offer a wonderful view of the garden of the complex. The garden area of 1500 sqm.
The complex is modernly furnished and well equipped with all amenities to ensure that our guests enjoy every minute of their holiday.
There is good WI_FI in the flats and throughout the complex, as well as parking for 5 cars. In the courtyard there are sun loungers by the pool, tables with armchairs at each flat and a charcoal barbecue.
There is also a small playground with swings and children's toys for the little ones.
The separate laundry room has a washing machine, clothes dryer, 2 ironing boards, 2 irons and a hoover.

VIP Apartment - Lagonissi Residence 1 of 75 sqm consists of two bedrooms, a living room - kitchen and a bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people. The flat occupies the entire top floor of the central building of the complex and has a large front veranda with a large table and a panoramic view of the pool and garden. Sleeping arrangements for our guests include a large double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. The flat is equipped with all the necessary household appliances: - 3 air conditioners, hair dryer, 2 TVs, ceramic cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Also all kitchen utensils.
The 75 m2 Lagonissi Residence 2 flat consists of one bedroom, a huge living room, kitchen and bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people. This flat occupies the entire lower floor of the central building of the complex and offers a view of the pool. The flat's front patio has a dining table with armchairs and overlooks the garden and pool. Sleeping arrangements for our guests include a large double bed in the bedroom, one single bed in the hallway, one single bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Facilities: - 2 air conditioners, hairdryer, 2 TVs, ceramic cooker with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All cooking utensils.
The Lagonissi Residence 3 flat is 52 m2 and consists of one bedroom, a living - kitchen and a bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. This flat is located in the second building of the complex and has a cosy courtyard with dining table and views of the pool and garden. Sleeping arrangements for our guests include a large double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Facilities: - 2 air-conditioners, hairdryer, TV, ceramic cooker with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All cooking utensils.
Flat - studio Lagonissi Residence 4 is a one-bedroom flat with kitchenette and bathroom, designed for 2 people. This flat is also located in the second building of the complex and has a cosy courtyard with dining table and garden view.
There is one large double bed in the living room. Facilities: air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, ceramic cooker, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All cooking utensils.

Location and surroundings of object
The Lagonissi Residence complex is located in the popular resort of Lagonisi - Kalivya Toriku in Attica, just 20 min. drive from Athens Airport and 40 min. drive from the centre of Athens and the Acropolis.
The nearest beautiful sandy beach is 1.2 km. from the complex. A sandy beach with a gentle entrance to the sea, ideal for families with children. Close to the beach is the elite Lagonisi Resort hotel and two restaurants, one with seafood and the other with pancakes and pizza.
The nearest grocery shop is 700m. from the complex and to the nearest pizza-restaurant 600m.
For big shopping and evening walks we recommend the central avenue of the resort of Lagonisi, 1.5 km. from the complex. There you will find several supermarkets, butcher, vegetable and fish shops, clothes shops, pharmacies, a large children's complex with inflatable slides and animation. There are also many restaurants and cafés for an evening stroll.
The complex offers excellent transport links to Athens. The bus stop from which you can reach Athens is 1.2 km. from the beach complex. Bus 122 goes to the nearest metro station in Athens, Eliniko, and there by metro 10 min. and you are in the centre of Athens.
In addition, living in our complex, you can visit many other beautiful beaches of the Saronic coast of Attica, which are 5-15 min. drive. Such as Varkiza beach with many beach bars and water sports and entertainment, Saronida beach, Anavissos beach, Mauro Litari etc. And many cosy quiet coves all along the coast waiting to be discovered. We advise you to visit the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sunion 25 min. drive from the complex and Lake Vulyagmenis 17 min. drive from the complex.
