The elegant 2.5 room garden apartment offers space for two persons. The apartment consists of a living/dining room with a comfortable sofa bed and dining table with four chairs, as well as an open kitchen. The large, covered terrace is equipped with a dining table and invites you to live outside. The private garden with sunbathing lawn belongs to the apartment. There you can relax and enjoy the sun. Furthermore, the apartment has a double bedroom with direct access to the bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. A reserved parking lot in the underground garage is available.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment house in a quiet residential area of Ascona, close to the golf course, the port and the beach of Ascona. The centre of Ascona is only a 10 minute walk away. There you will find shops, restaurants, bank and post office. A visit to the old town of Ascona with its network of alleys, shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and antique shops is definitely worthwhile, as is the beautiful lakeside promenade, where you can sit comfortably in one of the cafes and enjoy the unique flair. The nearest bus stop is about 500 m from the apartment.
