The 2.5-room apartment for 2 to 4 persons is located on the second floor of the Residence Lido Golf in Ascona. The spacious and very well maintained garden of the residence has an outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing lawn. The modernly furnished apartment consists of a spacious living room with comfortable sofa set (sofa bed for 2 people), a dining room with dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Spacious, furnished balcony with panoramic view to the lake. One double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub / WC. A gym and games room are also located in the house and can be used. Reserved parking place in the garage.

The residence Lido Golf is situated at an extremely quiet and still very central prime location, within walking distance from the lake. Nearby you will find the golf course and the beach of Ascona. The dense network of alleyways, where you will find shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and antique shops, leading directly to the Piazza and to the beautiful lakeside promenade, where you can sit comfortably in one of the cafes and enjoy the unique flair.

The dense network of alleyways, where you will find shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and antique shops, leading directly to the Piazza and to the beautiful lakeside promenade, where you can sit comfortably in one of the cafes and enjoy the unique flair.
Here you can find all what you wish, even as a VIP you can enjoy a safely and quietly holiday. You find fashionable boutiques, gastronomic restaurants, a big bathing beach, regenerative space walks and boat trips all around the Lake Maggiore. Quiet apartment located in a great area not far from the city center. Daily shopping is possible on foot. Bakery with delicious pastries only about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Top holiday apartment in an excellent location in Ascona. From the underground parking to the apartment with the elevator. Three minutes walk to the golf course, 5 minutes to the lake, and 12 minutes to the center. The caretaker service of the residential complex is perfect. The residence is maintained like a hotel complex. The neighbors were all very nice and greeted us. The holiday apartment team was as professional and courteous as always. Since we were there in December and January, we couldn't use the outdoor pool, but it looks very inviting. Would love to come back and congratulations to the owners for this beautiful apartment.

Top holiday flat in an excellent location in Ascona.
From the underground car park to the flat by lift. On foot in three minutes at the golf course, in 5 minutes at the lake and in 12 minutes in the centre.
The caretaker service of the residence is perfect. The residence is maintained like a hotel complex. The neighbours were all very nice and said hello. The apartment team was professional and courteous as always. As we were there in December and January we could not use the outdoor swimming pool but it looks very inviting.
We would love to come back and congratulations to the owners for such a lovely flat.
