The 4.5 room apartment in the well maintained residence "Golf Parco" is suitable for 4 persons. Spacious entree with high quality fitted wardrobes in the hall, which offer plenty of storage space. The charming living room is designed as a living, dining room and has a massive dining table with 6 chairs, an atmospheric sofa set with sectional sofa and a TV, and a large flat screen TV. The large bookcase has many ribbons that will make you dream of faraway countries. From the salon you reach the sunny south-facing terrace, which is furnished with a high-quality rattan dining table, lounge furniture and sun loungers. The kitchen with a large hatch and glass sliding door leaves nothing to be desired. The double bedroom has TV and exit to the south balcony, the two single exit to the north balcony. Another highlight is the exclusive bathroom with whirlpool, double sink and toilet. The small bathroom is equipped with modern rain shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with high quality tiles and are tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The indoor pool and the sauna of the residence can be shared. A covered, private parking is available.
