Combined living, dining room with large windows and an integrated fitted kitchen, a dining table, as well as a TV chair and a comfortable sofa, which is extendable to a double bed and offers space for 2 people. A double bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower / WC and sink. From the furnished balcony you can enjoy the view into the garden. a part of the garden is available. A parking space directly at the house is available.
The house is located in a quiet, central location. The golf course, the lido and the lake promenade of Ascona are within walking distance. Shops, as well as the bus stop and restaurants are nearby. There is a lot going on in Ascona all year round. There are numerous events and events that are internationally known and very popular.
For athletes, the nearby 18-hole golf course, various tennis courts and countless other sporting opportunities are available. The wonderfully wild nature of the nearby Ticino side valleys, such as the Valle Maggia and Centovalli, offer many excursion, hiking and biking opportunities.

Competent, nice and efficient management, clear formalities such as reservation, payment modalities, etc., website is good and truthful, photos are not "enhanced". Very quiet and green location, yet very central. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen fully equipped, and ample bath, kitchen, and bed linens provided. We are convinced that if there were any problems, the service would be equally professionally guaranteed. The apartment is certainly not cheap (nor should it be), but truly "worth the price"!! If back to Ticino and Ascona, then anytime through FEWO TICINO and the same property. The owners live next door and are very nice, and even their cat paid us a brief visit each time!!!

We were very well taken care of before our stay and our requests were always responded to very quickly. In addition, we had to postpone the stay at short notice, which was also no problem. We were completely satisfied and the Tista in Ascona is perfect for couples who like to hike and take trips in and around Ascona. Thank you very much.

Very quiet and located in the green but still very central. The flat was very clean, the kitchen fully (!) equipped and bath, kitchen and bed linen generously available.
We are convinced that if there were any problems, the service would be just as professional.
The flat is certainly not cheap, (nor should it be), but in the truest sense "worth the price"!!!
If Ticino and Ascona again, then any time via FEWO TESSIN and the same object.
The owners live right next door and are very nice and their cat also paid us a short visit!

The flat is friendly, bright, spacious and equipped with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect in Ancona. Quick to the Lido, quick to the promenade. The small balcony invites you to linger, have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The parking space on the property is very practical. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back again.
