The extraordinary, detached holiday and feel-good house, centrally located in the centre of the island on the slope of La Asomada, invites you to enjoy a perfect relaxing holiday. Far away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by nature and built from volcanic stone, it blends in perfectly with the bizarre volcanic landscape of Lanzarote. Surrounded by a large palm garden, it offers a marvellous view of the Atlantic as far as Fuerteventura. In the morning you can watch the sunrise over the mountains and in the evening the sunset with its sometimes spectacular play of colours.
This cosy holiday home offers space for up to 3 guests in 35 square metres of living space. It has a bedroom, an additional sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom, a terrace and a large garden.
The house is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You can relax in our beautiful garden, which is stocked with a variety of plants and trees. For barbecue lovers, a BBQ grill is available, perfect for cosy evenings. There is also a car park on the property.
The power supply and hot water is almost entirely solar powered and all the water used is distributed to the plants in the garden at night via a special system. Plastic has been avoided in the house as far as possible. Inside, the house is equipped with air conditioning to keep you comfortable even on hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a TV for your entertainment as well as a washing machine for your laundry needs. Free wifi is available throughout the house and an iron and hairdryer are also provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.

Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, boutiques, art market, mini golf, bowling, etc. can be found in large numbers in Puerto del Carmen, approx. 5 km away, or in Puerto Calero with its charming marina. The airport can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car.
