The small apartment is designed for 1 person, but it can also sleep 2 people in it, and the rate for 1 person 17 € / day and 2 persons 20 € / day.
The two larger apartments each for 2 persons and free with an occupancy of 1 person 22 € / day and 2 persons 28 € / day.
The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and costs for occupancy of 2 persons 35 € / day.
The apartments have a bedroom / kitchen area, bathroom and terrace. The cottage has a separate bedroom, the kitchen / living room is a sofa bed for additional beds, bathroom and a large terrace. WiFi, TV, radio and washing machine. In the kitchen dishes are plentiful for self-sufficiency, as well as coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and gas stove.

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of TIAS, no through traffic, only residents. It is a calm, rural setting. TIAS located in central Lanzarote, away from mass tourism, and with the car you can easily reach the various beaches, such as Puerto del Carmen or Playa Honda in about 5-7 min. Shopping as large supermarket, organic shop, German bakers, etc. are available, and the prices are usually cheaper than in the tourist areas. There are very good restaurants and bars, where you can both eat very well, as well as good, especially cooked food, preferably can take Canarian cuisine, with home.
Bus connections are available.

Lanzarote in simplicity
Silvia is a helpful and caring lady, and the studio that my husband and I stayed in for a week is simple, essential but authentic, with everything you need, immersed in tranquility, suitable for those who want to be a bit off the beaten path. In short, for a while, we felt less like tourists and almost like residents of Lanzarote. Thank you Silvia for this lovely experience, we felt right at home. If we come back to Lanzarote, we will definitely return!

Quiet little clean cottage. With a beautiful sun terrace. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. Beautiful view of Tias and the Atlantic. We have enjoyed a very nice time here. Thank you, Silvia !!!!
