Niendorf/Ostsee is an old seaside resort with a long, beautiful sandy beach and charming hinterland. Lake Hemmelsdorf with its famous bird park is in the immediate vicinity. Travemünde can be reached after a lovely walk along the Brodtener Steilufer.
The old Hanseatic city of Lübeck with its many listed buildings and beautiful churches is approx. 20 km away and can also be reached quickly by public transport. Several golf courses, miniature golf courses, sailing schools and excursion boats make for an entertaining holiday. A special excursion destination is the "Hansapark" amusement park in neighbouring Sierksdorf.
Our "Möwennest" is just a stone's throw away from the old Niendorf fishing harbour in a very quiet side street directly behind the beach promenade. The wide sandy beach is only a few metres away. The stylish and fully furnished flats guarantee a relaxing holiday at any time of year. Whether a beach holiday in summer, a few days playing golf or cycling in spring and autumn or walks in winter by the stormy sea with a cosy evening by the fireplace.
