Description

This delightful holiday flat is located in a 6-apartment house, completely quiet in a dead-end street, approx. 200m from the beach. It has a south-west facing balcony and is flooded with light. Apart from 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 = 1 double bed, bedroom 2 = 1 double sofa bed, living room = 1 double sofa bed, it also has a low attic (the robber's den) which is equipped with foam mattresses for children to play or lie on. The robber's den is not a real room but only a robber's den, which can be reached via a fold-down attic ladder. Great fun for all children. The flat has a combined living and dining room with integrated kitchen. The car is parked directly in front of the house, there are no parking problems and the bicycles can be safely stored in the bicycle cellar. In the afternoon you can enjoy a well-deserved drink on the sunny balcony.

This delightful holiday flat in Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf district, is located in a 6-apartment house, completely quiet in a dead-end street, approx. 200m from the beach. The beach at the doorstep, swimming in the Baltic Sea or in the nearby seawater swimming pool, water skiing, visiting the bird park, spending pleasant hours with the children at Karl's strawberry farm. The immediate surroundings offer all this and much more.

additional information about rental price:

Visitor's tax low/mid season 1,80 Euro, high season 3,- Euro per adult per day directly at the agency. Children up to 18 years are free of visitor's tax.
High season = 15.05-15.09.
Low/mid season = 01.01-15.05. and 15.09.-01.01.

Bed linen/towels can be booked by the agency on site for 30,- Euro per person.

For bookings up to 3 days there is a one-time 30,- Euro surcharge. Bookings in high season and mid-season always for seven days from Saturday to Saturday - bookings deviating from this are possible with a surcharge.

For bookings in the heating period, electricity is additionally charged by the heating supply at 30 cents/KWh. A meter clock is located directly in the flat.

Cancellation terms:

As I personally travel and book flights and accommodations, my personal recommendation for every traveler is to take out travel cancellation insurance to be prepared for this eventuality and not to be left with the costs in case your vacation is unfortunately prevented. Attached are my cancellation terms: If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date the statement is received by the landlord is decisive. Cancellation - up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price - up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price - up to 7 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - 6 days before and after the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price

additional information:

Fresh bread rolls in the morning are available at the bakery only about 300m away. Edeka is around the corner and all other grocery chains can be reached within a radius of approx. 2km, 7 days a week. You can get fresh fish directly in the harbour of Niendorf and various restaurants invite you to eat out and feast. During the day you can enjoy a cappuccino or tea with a delicious piece of cake or pie in the café on the beach, home-made of course. On the beautiful newly designed lakeside promenade, you can stroll towards Timmendorf, play mini-golf or visit the Sealife with the children. Here you can really enjoy your holiday and let your soul dangle. Or just relax, lie on the beach and enjoy your holiday, perhaps with a nice book? Or would you prefer water skiing? Surfing? and so on.

Well-equipped apartment in a superb location

We spent 7 days on vacation in this great apartment with our 3 small children. The apartment is superbly equipped and offers modern and well-maintained furnishing and equipment. For example, there is a Sodastream water dispenser, a Tchibo Caffisemo coffee machine (capsules required), and a huge flat-screen TV. We didn't use the "robbers' cave" as the sleeping options in the existing rooms were sufficient and very cozy. A fitted sheet measuring 140 x 200 cm is needed to cover the bed and sofa bed if someone brings their own bed linen. The location of the apartment was also great: situated in a very quiet multi-family house and only 2 minutes' walk from the beach. A supermarket can be reached in about 1 km. We would book this vacation rental again at any time because the process, key handover, and contact with the landlord and the local agency were really excellent! Istanbul is a city in Turkey that straddles Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus Strait. Its Old City reflects cultural influences of the many empires that once ruled here. In the Sultanahmet district, the open-air, Roman-era Hippodrome was for centuries the site of chariot races, and Egyptian obelisks also remain. The iconic Byzantine Hagia Sophia features a soaring 6th-century dome and rare Christian mosaics.

lovely holiday flat

The flat is very well equipped, has a great location, i.e. you are at the beach within five minutes. Children also have the option of sleeping under the roof, which is great fun
