Villa Navis was completed in 2018 and is located 200 metres from the nearest beach, in one of the most beautiful locations in Istria, in the small fishing village of Premantura, bordering the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park.
The holiday home was designed by a local star architect and impresses with its unique shape and lines. Over 250 m2 of interior space and a total of over 100 m² of terraces (pool and roof terraces) and around 400 m² of garden offer enough space for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The house consists of two floors and a roof terrace. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with direct access to the pool area, a laundry room, a guest toilet and an additional utility room, which can also be used to store bicycles.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms with 4 modern en suite bathrooms. From the 1st floor, a spiral staircase leads up to the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy views of the surrounding area and the sea.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
The garden is fenced and offers parking for 2 cars, outside the property there is also further parking available.
The nearest beach is only 200 metres away. However, there are also countless other beaches with crystal-clear sea water nearby, which is why the fishing village of Premantura and the Kamenjak Nature Park are among the most beautiful places and landscapes in Croatia.
You can spend a varied holiday here: swimming, cycling, hiking, boating, surfing and much more.
From Premantura you can also easily explore the whole of Istria, the beautiful inland with vineyards and olive groves or the coastal towns rich in culture and architecture such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec.
The holiday home and the surrounding area offer a beautiful retreat especially for those who love nature and want to spend a nice holiday far away from hotel castles. It is not suitable for youth groups and parties because of the quiet neighbourhood.
A deposit of 250 euros is payable on site. Arrival and departure day is always Saturday, i.e. it can only be booked by the week (7 or 14 or 21 days/nights...). Internet via WLAN is free of charge. The additional costs (final cleaning, bed linen, electricity etc.) are included in the price. The holiday home is to be left broom clean by the guests.
