The house has numerous amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The garden (850 sqm) is a true retreat, with lush planting and a barbecue area, ideal for cosy evenings outdoors. A private swimming pool (5 x 9 m) invites you to relax and refresh, and the car park in front of the house and on the property ensures easy parking.
The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining and offers a marvellous view of the greenery. Inside, a wood-burning stove provides additional cosiness, while the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. You can cook to your heart's content in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
Bed linen is provided and there is a TV for cosy film evenings. A washing machine and tumble dryer provide additional convenience. A cot and high chair are available for the youngest guests.
The house also offers fast WLAN (fibre optic 300 Mb), an iron and a hairdryer. Please note that the house is non-smoking. However, smoking is of course permitted outside.
The interior is modern with wooden accents. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and are all protected by fly screens. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with high-quality beds and plenty of storage space.

Cala Llombards is a beautiful, less touristy place and offers two of the most beautiful beaches on the south-east coast:
Cala Llombards and Calo des Moro. During the season (from May to October), the village has a small supermarket with freshly baked bread every day (including Sundays). There is also a restaurant, the bar 'sa torre', which is open every day except Mondays, and a beach bar at Cala Llombards.
Larger shopping facilities, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, boutiques, etc. can be found in nearby Santanyi. There is also a lively weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Free cancellation possible up to 28 days before the arrival date.

You are entitled to withdraw at any time before the start of your trip. The amount of the cancellation fees incurred depends on when we receive your cancellation notice. In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:
• For cancellations up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 0% of the rental amount,
• For cancellations from 28 days to 15 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental amount,
• For later cancellations and in the event of non-utilization of the contractual services: the full rental amount = 100%.
Notwithstanding these flat-rate cancellation fees, you retain the right to prove that we have incurred less damage. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we are able to re-rent the property under the same conditions, the cancellation costs for the period of re-rental will be waived. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
