Description
Our holiday home offers you three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. The living area features seating, a DVD and CD player, as well as a couch. The dining room is furnished with a dining table and eight chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The travel cots can be placed in bedroom one and in bedroom three (upstairs). A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the utility room. The house also has an internet connection via Wi-Fi. The data volume is unlimited.
All rooms except for the bathrooms are air-conditioned.
In the cold season, the house can be heated with the air conditioning units.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the small village of Cala Llombards in the southeast of Mallorca. Cala Llombards is a small, quiet, and tranquil place that is mainly a weekend settlement for the Mallorcans. A beautiful coastal village for swimming, hiking, or cycling tours and surrounded by almond groves, which invite you to take long walks during the almond blossom in spring. For children, the shallow beach in the bay of Cala Llombards is ideal; older teenagers enjoy jumping into the sea from the rocky cliffs.
In the immediate vicinity, there are several dreamlike beaches and bathing bays. The local beach can be reached by car in about 2 minutes (on foot about 10 minutes).
Bathing beaches in the surrounding area can be found in Cala Santanyi (pedal boat rental), Cala Mondrago, and Cala S'Amarador. In Cala Santanyí there is also a family-friendly diving center with childcare. You can reach the Caribbean-like beach 'Es Trenc' after about a thirty-minute drive in the south of the island.
Santanyí, a small, quiet town with a very beautiful town center, is about 5 km from Cala Llombards. The "Porta Murada," a remnant of the town fortifications, in Santanyí recalls the uncertain times of pirate raids, from which the townspeople tried to protect themselves with a wall. A cultural attraction, and above all an auditory one, is the oldest "swallow’s nest organ" on the island with its Spanish trumpets, which is housed inside the parish church Sant Andreu Apòstol. It is one of the most valuable historic organs in all of Spain. Around the parish church, you can sit wonderfully in the cozy street cafés without traffic noise and watch the hustle and bustle. On Saturday and Wednesday, it is market day around the church. A manageable market with a good selection of fruit and vegetables and, of course, many handicraft items.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 45 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: The landlord will endeavor to find another tenant in the event of a cancellation. If this is successful for the entire rental period, the tenant will receive a full refund of all payments made. Otherwise, a refund will be issued proportionally to the period that could be re-rented. In the cold season, the house can be heated with the air conditioning units. There are no additional costs for this. Additionally, fan heaters are available for the bathrooms.

A beautiful vacation home
We spent a wonderful holiday at Finca Ses Rotes with six people. The property is perfect all around: the amenities of the house and the terrace leave nothing to be desired, just a few minutes' walk to the bay of Cala Llombards and the cliffs above the sea, the nearby Santanyi and other places worth seeing, and so on. The directions, key handover, etc. were perfect, as well as the preparation and support by the Riedelsheimer family. It was beautiful and relaxing days and certainly not the last for us at Finca Ses Rotes!

Barbecuing & relaxing
We stayed in the house for a week and felt completely comfortable. The equipment absolutely matched the descriptions and left nothing to be desired. Everything was top clean and well-maintained (it should also be noted that even tall people like me have plenty of space in the beds and can dive wonderfully into the realm of dreams thanks to the comfortable mattresses). Especially the large outdoor table combined with the grill invite you to linger and socialize with friends. We certainly made extensive use of it. Quickly fired up the grill, set the table, chilled some delicious drinks, and let our friends know that everything was prepared. Many beautiful hours followed, which will be remembered. The place is quite quiet (apart from some barking dogs), but for us, it was exactly what we wanted. The nearby coves (about 2 km), especially Calo des Moro and S'Almunia, are definitely worth a visit. While a vehicle is not mandatory, it is recommended for those who want to explore more of the beautiful island. Our culinary demands were absolutely satisfied during visits to "Pablo" in Santanyi and "Es Moli" (Tapas Bar), also in Santanyi. In both restaurants, you can really eat very well in a cozy atmosphere. The prices are quite reasonable. We say: Thank you for the wonderful time.

Very beautiful holiday home in Cala Llombards with pool.
We were there for a week at the end of May with 5 adults. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a holiday. Clean pool. Asphalt road in front of the house. Two small supermarkets and a small restaurant within walking distance. Beautiful clean beach with a beach bar. The wonderful Santanyi with its beautiful weekly market is only 6 km away.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation
We spent a wonderful vacation at the beginning of May in this beautiful, very well-equipped holiday home. We didn't miss anything. The sun loungers on the large terrace invite you to sunbathe even in May. And thanks to the heated pool, you can already swim in the spring. The kitchen equipment also leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled, so that you can indulge in your hobby as a cook here. In the evening, the terrace with the illuminated pool and the large terrace table invite you to a cozy get-together.
We really enjoyed it. We will come back!

Beautiful family vacation with a small child
We stayed at this beautiful Finca in spring 2019. It was a great holiday. The house is very nice, spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Cala Llombard is beautiful, a bit sleepy, but in 10 minutes by car, you can also reach Santanyi.

We are a family with two adult sons. Since 1999 we have been coming to Mallorca every year. In 2003 we fell in love with the place Cala Llombards with its wonderful beach and in 2007 spontaneously with the house 'Finca Ses Rotes'. After the purchase we have extensively renovated and partly rebuilt the house. Also in the following years we have always made changes and improvements, so that you as our vacation guests can always feel comfortable and recover. In winter 2019/2020 we have completely redesigned the entrance area of the property and extended the sun terrace.
