In the vicinity there are several beautiful beaches and coves. The village's own beach is by car in about 2 min (on foot about 10 min) reached. Beaches in the vicinity can be found in Cala Santanyi (pedal boat rentals), and Cala Cala Mondrago S'Amarador. In S'Amarador also a family friendly dive center with child care. A beautiful vacation home
We spent a wonderful holiday at Finca Ses Rotes with six people. The property is perfect all around: the amenities of the house and the terrace leave nothing to be desired, just a few minutes' walk to the bay of Cala Llombards and the cliffs above the sea, the nearby Santanyi and other places worth seeing, and so on. The directions, key handover, etc. were perfect, as well as the preparation and support by the Riedelsheimer family. It was beautiful and relaxing days and certainly not the last for us at Finca Ses Rotes!

Barbecuing & relaxing
We stayed in the house for a week and felt completely comfortable. The equipment absolutely matched the descriptions and left nothing to be desired. Everything was top clean and well-maintained (it should also be noted that even tall people like me have plenty of space in the beds and can dive wonderfully into the realm of dreams thanks to the comfortable mattresses). Especially the large outdoor table combined with the grill invite you to linger and socialize with friends. We certainly made extensive use of it. Quickly fired up the grill, set the table, chilled some delicious drinks, and let our friends know that everything was prepared. Many beautiful hours followed, which will be remembered. The place is quite quiet (apart from some barking dogs), but for us, it was exactly what we wanted. The nearby coves (about 2 km), especially Calo des Moro and S'Almunia, are definitely worth a visit. While a vehicle is not mandatory, it is recommended for those who want to explore more of the beautiful island. Our culinary demands were absolutely satisfied during visits to "Pablo" in Santanyi and "Es Moli" (Tapas Bar), also in Santanyi. In both restaurants, you can really eat very well in a cozy atmosphere. The prices are quite reasonable. We say: Thank you for the wonderful time.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Cala Llombards mit Pool
Wir waren eine Woche Ende Mai dort mit 5 Erwachsenen. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sauberer Pool. Asphaltierte Straße vor dem Haus. Zwei kleine Supermärkte und ein kleines Restaurant in Laufentfernung. Schöner sauberer Strand mit Bude. Das wunderbare Santanyi mit dem schönen Wochenmarkt ist nur 6 km entfernt.

Wunderbarer, erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben Anfang Mai einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.die Liegestühle auf der großen Terrasse laden auch im Mai bereits zum Sonnenbad ein. Und dank des beheizten Pools kann man auch im Frühjahr schon baden.
Auch die Ausstattung der Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen, so dass man sich als Hobbykoch hier ausleben kann.
Am Abend lädt dann die Terrasse mit dem beleuchteten Pool und dem großen Terrassentisch zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöner Familienurlaub mit kleinem Kind
wir waren im Frühjahr 2019 in dieser schönen Finca. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig, sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Cala Llombard ist schön, etwas verschlafen, in 10 Autominuten ist man aber auch in Santanyi.

Toller Kurzurlaub
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub zum Start in das neue Jahr. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und auch im Winter für einen Urlaub geeignet. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, aber Baden war bei schönstem Wetter und 16° Wassertemperatur im Meer wunderbar. Wir wiederholen das sicher!

Erholsamer Sommeruelaub
Wieder haben wir zwei schöne erholsame Wochen in der Finca Ses Rotes verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ruhige Lage, entspannen im Pool und gemütliche Grillabende sowie die Nähe zum Strand machen den Urlaub für uns perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Our dream vacation in Mallorca was unforgettable.
The Finca Ses Rotes is a beautiful holiday home. The house is perfectly furnished, in very good condition, and super clean. We were particularly impressed by the large terrace with a huge table and the great pool. We really liked the central location of the pool right by the terrace. We booked the air conditioning and enjoyed the cool nights. The bay of Cala Llombards is beautiful with clear water and fine sand and was within a 10-minute walk from the Finca. Mr. Riedelsheimer prepared us perfectly for the holiday in advance by providing information about the Finca, directions, and local conditions. He even sent us forgotten swimwear afterwards. Thank you once again for that. We would vacation at Finca Ses Rotes again anytime and plan to do so.

We are a family with two adult sons. Since 1999 we have been coming to Mallorca every year. In 2003 we fell in love with the place Cala Llombards with its wonderful beach and in 2007 spontaneously with the house 'Finca Ses Rotes'. After the purchase we have extensively renovated and partly rebuilt the house. Also in the following years we have always made changes and improvements, so that you as our vacation guests can always feel comfortable and recover. In winter 2019/2020 we have completely redesigned the entrance area of the property and extended the sun terrace.
