Description
Villa Malini is a unique rustic villa in the picturesque village of Gondolići near the old town centre of Labin. It is located on a hill with a magnificent view of the sea, the island of Cres and the peaks of Učka. This special accommodation was created as a family project for the preservation of historical monuments and is dedicated to the reconstruction of an autochthonous Istrian house from the early 20th century. Traditional craftsmanship, original materials and the original construction method were used.
The beautiful Villa Malini in Gondolići consists of two houses with a basement and has a total area of 226 m2. Both houses are rented out as a whole in order to maintain the necessary intimacy for socialising and complete relaxation. The smaller house has been designed as an open-plan space up to the roof and is ideal for 2 people. It has a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and TV and a bedroom on a romantic gallery. The larger house can accommodate 6 people and has three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and TV, a kitchen and a dining room. One bathroom is furnished as a relaxation area with a Finnish sauna. Villa Malini combines new rustic style furniture with carefully restored antique pieces. Max TV and free Wi-Fi are available in both villas. Both houses are air-conditioned and there are two car parking spaces.
Villa Malini is completely surrounded by stone walls in authentic Istrian style. Numerous stone terraces of Villa Malini are surrounded by flowers and Mediterranean plants (drip irrigation system), which offer unique views. In the lovingly designed courtyard of Villa Malini, you can refresh yourself in the pool (9x4.5m) with counter-current swimming, while the youngest ones can have fun in the children's pool with overflow. Guests can use the outdoor fireplace for barbecues with family and friends.
The extensive grounds (7000m2) with preserved authentic stone walls, manicured lawns and mature fruit trees are ideal for children to play, walk and enjoy sports activities. Near the house is a hiking/cycling trail that leads from Rabac to Skitača and to the end of the Labin peninsula, allowing guests of Villa Malini to fully enjoy the unspoilt Mediterranean nature. Just 2 kilometres away are numerous bays with sandy beaches and secluded spots surrounded by pine trees, ideal for swimming and relaxing.
