Description
This family-friendly accommodation is located in the cosy Oliva holiday resort in Rabac. The holiday village borders directly on the sea and is therefore ideal for families. The holiday village is part of a larger complex with a campsite, holiday homes and a hotel. It has a great pool just for the customers of the holiday complex. The holiday complex has a mini club/entertainment for children as well as an entertainment programme for adults, a small playground, a wide range of sports, a restaurant, mini market and a well-equipped beach. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. Wifi can be used free of charge. There are also various excursion options from the holiday village. How about a day trip to the island of Veli Brijun or a day of fun at the Istralandia aquapark near Umag.
The 40 square metre Chalet accommodation offers space for a maximum of 4 people (including babies). The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds. The simple but functional kitchenette in the living area is equipped with a cooker with 2 hotplates, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. There are two bathrooms in the accommodation, both of which have a washbasin, WC and shower. The large, covered veranda with its chairs, table and two sun loungers invites the whole family to relax and linger together. SAT-TV, air conditioning and a car park are already included in the rental price. Bed linen is also included. Towels can be optionally booked on site. Families with small children also have the option of renting a high chair or a baby cot on site (please reserve both when booking). The visitor's tax is already included in the price of our offers. Barbecuing with a charcoal grill is permitted, so that nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening together! Travelling time from the ital. Border approx. 6.5h. Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily. In the period from 22.06.-06.09.2024 the minimum stay is 5 nights. In the period from 27 April to 21 June 2024 and from 7 September to 13 September 2024, the minimum stay is 3 nights. During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 2 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The white pebble beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex has both a private beach with sun loungers and parasols and a large free beach. The wide pebble beach is particularly suitable for families. A play island on the sea invites you to have fun. Guests can enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean with a variety of water sports such as sailing, diving, snorkelling and surfing. The ideal place to relax while sunbathing, reading a book or taking part in one of the sports activities. A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open during the day and offers an inviting, refreshingly tasty range of dishes. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
Holiday guests have access to a beautiful pool area and large sunbathing areas with loungers (free of charge). For the little ones, there is a lovely paddling pool where your children can enjoy the cool water without a care in the world. For the older ones, there is a large pool for splashing and swimming.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In low and high season, a group of experienced, multilingual entertainers will gently enliven your stay. There is a mini club for children aged 6 to 12. In the evenings you will be entertained with live music. If you want to get active, there is a wide range of sports to choose from, including basketball, handball and volleyball. Mini golf, table tennis and tennis (for a fee) are also available.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice. Whether it's basketball, handball, volleyball or tennis, mini golf and table tennis, there's something for everyone. On the beach you can go surfing, snorkelling, diving, sailing or simply swimming. Boat hire and bicycle hire are also available.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you don't always want to cook for yourself, why not treat yourself to culinary delights in the restaurant? If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).
PETS
1 pet (up to max. 30 kg) is allowed in the designated accommodation with notification at the time of booking. Customers who bring a dog must pay 10 euros extra for cleaning.

LOCATION
The holiday complex borders directly on the gently sloping beach and is therefore ideal for families.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Beautifully situated on a hillside, Rabac is located directly by the sea on the east coast of Istria. The pretty seafront promenade stretches along the entire town and behind it you will find countless holiday homes. Rabac is a tourist magnet thanks to its great location, beautiful bays and marvellous views. If you want to get active, you can explore the town on foot or by bike. There are many restaurants along the waterfront where you can enjoy a delicious meal and a good glass of wine. Romantic walks or enjoying the great live music with a drink in the evening, here you will find great ways to round off the evenings. For history buffs, we recommend a visit to the neighbouring town of Labin. There you will find numerous sights such as the bell tower of St Justus. There is plenty to see and do in Rabac and the surrounding area! You can go horse riding, sailing, diving, mountaineering and much more. A must for nature lovers is the Blue Cave on the island of Bisevo or the Brijuni Islands with their national park. For culture enthusiasts, a day trip to Venice or a visit to Pula is a must. In Labin you will also find several old churches, palaces and small chapels. The area around Rabac offers many great cycling and hiking trails. Take a walk up the hillside in Rabac, for example, and enjoy the fantastic view! In Croatia, wine belongs on the table like bread. Here you will find countless grape plantations, wine producers and opportunities to taste wine. But the food is not neglected either! Whether fish, meat or other specialities, everyone gets their money's worth here.
