Welcome to your home away from home! Spend a pleasant and comfortable vacation on the east coast of Istria.
Spacious, air-conditioned living room with exit to the pool is located on the first floor of the villa Welcome Home
The first floor also has a dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs there are 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, and 3 bathrooms.
In the foyer there are three more sofas available as extra beds (for 3 people).
TV sets are located in the living room and in both bedrooms. The top floor of the house is not used, no one will violate your privacy.
The house can accommodate up to 11 people and is equipped to provide guests with every comfort.
The view from the terrace in front of the house will disarm you!

numerous beautiful beaches
Labin is based on the site of a Roman town on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km
On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches.
The first beach is 2 km away.

In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Haus mit ungenutzen Potential
Das Haus hat eine unbeschreiblich schöne Lage und Ausblick. Leider fehlt es vor Ort an Pflege und Sauberkeit. Eniges ist baufällig und Reparaturbedürftig. Preis/ Leistung stimmt da nicht. Kein Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern, kein Mückenschutz, Klima OG oben fehlt. Kontakt mit Vermieter gut.
