Villa Sea and Wind is a true oasis of peace, nature and pure relaxation.
The large terrace and the heated pool offer a magnificent view of Rabac, the blue sea and the islands.
On the airy ground floor of the villa there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
Three beautifully decorated rooms and two modern bathrooms are located on the upper floor.
The house is perfectly equipped and fully air-conditioned and also offers good leisure facilities such as table football and table tennis.
You will take away from your holiday at Villa Sea and Wind only the memory of the sea, the summer breeze and the peace and quiet.

Villa Sea and Wind is situated on a hill above the east coast of Istria, in a small village a few kilometers from the most brilliant sea of the Adriatic and numerous beautiful beaches
Labin is based on the site of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches.

Fantastic view with unfriendly reception
The house is beautiful both inside and out, and the sea view, which can be seen from every bedroom, is breathtaking. The focus of the house is clearly on the outdoor area, where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. Air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room keeps the inside pleasantly cool. We were greeted and bid farewell by an employee of the landlord. The woman unfortunately has no sense of how to interact with people, seemed extremely unfriendly and annoyed, and disappeared quickly after a brief house tour - the same at check-out. However, the contact with the owner through messages was friendly and he was always helpful with information. Unfortunately, there were no spices, neither salt nor pepper as stated, and we had to buy toilet paper after each roll ran out. The outdoor area is somewhat troubled by bird digestion products, but there is nothing one can do against it anyway. The location by the sea is incredibly beautiful, although the house faces the sunrise, so the sun is gone around 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, the neighbors were extremely noise-sensitive, so after 11:00 PM, one could only move outside in a whisper. All in all, I can still highly recommend the house, and the points of criticism are very minor.

Perfektes Ferienzuhause
Flooded with light and spacious, this house offers space and retreat for a larger family. The view is breathtaking, and you can enjoy it from the bed in the morning. The house is very tastefully furnished - we really liked the casual style. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, especially the large fridge, table football, and table tennis table. The pool is large enough for swimming, and we used it daily despite the cool temperatures. We enjoyed our time very much and felt very much at home. We can fully recommend the accommodation.
