Villa Sea and Wind is a true oasis of peace, nature and pure relaxation.
The large terrace and the heated pool offer a magnificent view of Rabac, the blue sea and the islands.
On the airy ground floor of the villa there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
Three beautifully decorated rooms and two modern bathrooms are located on the upper floor.
The house is perfectly equipped and fully air-conditioned and also offers good leisure facilities such as table football and table tennis.
You will take away from your holiday at Villa Sea and Wind only the memory of the sea, the summer breeze and the peace and quiet.

Villa Sea and Wind is situated on a hill above the east coast of Istria, in a small village a few kilometers from the most brilliant sea of the Adriatic and numerous beautiful beaches
Labin is based on the site of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches.

Traumhafter Ausblick mit unfreundlichem Empfang
Das Haus ist sowohl innen als auch außen wunderschön und der Meerblick, den man auch in jedem Schlafzimmer betrachten kann, ist atemberaubend. Der Fokus des Hauses liegt eindeutig im Außenbereich, wo man den Urlaub entspannt genießen kann. Die Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer halten es innen angenehm kühl. Empfangen und verabschiedet wurden wir von einer Angestellten des Vermieters. Die Frau hat leider gar kein Gespür wie man mit Menschen umgeht, wirkte extrem unfreundlich und genervt und verschwand nach einer zügigen Haustour sofort wieder - selbiges beim Auszug. Über den Nachrichtenkontakt mit dem Eigentümer wirkte dieser jedoch freundlich und war bei Auskünften immer zur Stelle. Leider gab es auch keine Gewürze weder Salz noch Pfeffer wie angegeben und wir mussten uns nach je einer Rolle Klopapier/WC welches nachkaufen. Der Außenbereich wird etwas von dem Verdauungsprodukt der Vögel geplagt, aber dagegen ist man sowieso hilflos...
Die Lage am Meer ist traumhaft schön, jedoch ist das Haus dem Sonnenaufgang zugerichtet, deshalb ist ab ca 16:00 die Sonne weg.
Die Nachbarn waren leider extrem geräuschempfindlich, deshalb konnte man sich ab 23:00 nur mehr im Flüsterton draußen bewegen.
Alles in allem kann ich das Haus trotzdem sehr empfehlen und die Kritikpunkte sind sehr kleinlich.

Perfektes Ferienzuhause
Lichtdurchflutet und großzügig bietet dieses Haus Platz und Rückzug auch für eine größere Familie. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und man kann sie schon morgens beim Aufwachen vom Bett aus genießen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - uns hat der lässige Stil sehr gefallen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, besonders toll der große Kühlschrank, Tischkicker und Tischtennisplatte. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen und wir haben ihn trotz kühler Temperaturen täglich genutzt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns sehr zuhause gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
