(2) If you have already paid the deposit and/or further payments, then – since tenancy law applies in this case – there is, by law, neither a right of withdrawal nor a right of termination. (3) Should you, in the case of paragraph 2, not commence the trip, we provide for the following compensation lump sums, which will be deducted from any rental price to be refunded: a.) b.) c.) d.) Up to the 30th day before arrival: EUR 50.00 processing fee, 29 to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the total rental price, from 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total rental price, from 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental price.
