Description
This cosy finca is located in Cala Bona and offers wonderful sea views from the sun terrace. The white sandy beach in Cala Bona is just a short walk away, as are the shops and restaurants and the centre of Cala Millor. Central and rural at the same time! Spend a few days with family and friends by the sea and enjoy good meals and barbecues in a private and relaxed atmosphere at the finca.
On a plot totalling 1,800m² with olive, lemon and carob trees, the finca offers you 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms as well as WiFi and is divided into 3 separate units. The arrangement of the beds can be changed on request.
Unit 1
The entrance area leads into the living room with sofas and satellite TV for relaxing, as well as a large dining table where you can enjoy a relaxed meal with family or friends.
Unit 2
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

1 bedroom with 2 beds (0.90m x 2.00m each) + 1 bathroom with shower.
There is a terrace for sunbathing, which is accessible via a staircase.
The outdoor area offers enough space to spend a relaxing holiday. The private pool (7.00m x 3.00m long and with a uniform depth of 1.35m) can be reached via steps. A covered terrace area offers a relaxation zone. Read a book in peace and quiet or enjoy a coffee or a delicious glass of wine. Sun worshippers will find their favourite spot on one of the sun loungers. There is a barbecue (charcoal) and a dining table on the terrace, so you can enjoy your evening meal al fresco.
In the coastal towns of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Sa Coma or Porto Cristo, in addition to beautiful beaches, there are restaurants serving national and international cuisine, cafés with outdoor terraces overlooking the sea, supermarkets, boutiques and a variety of water sports. You should definitely visit the 'Cuevas del Drach', the world-famous caves with their unique underground lake. From this holiday finca Mallorca, you can easily get around without a hire car.
