Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in Playa Blanca, in the very south of the island. It is a 15-minute walk through a lovely park to the beautiful promenade of Playa Blanca with its many restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches.
The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away by car.
Our holiday home is enclosed and practically secluded.
You can drive your car directly into the private driveway.
The house is fully furnished. It has a large living - dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with wardrobes,
2 bathrooms (1 x shower, 1 x bathtub) and a beautiful conservatory.
The house has a living space of 145,00 m². So even with 4 people there is plenty of space for everyone.
There is air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.
Outside there are various seating and sunbathing areas, a gas barbecue, as well as an outside WC with shower and the washing machine.
There is also a 3.50 x 7.00 metre pool in the outdoor area.
