We loved exploring Eifel National Park and even took a day trip to Eltz Castle, which was just a short drive away. Spacious house with large rooms, 2 large bathrooms, wide hallways, a big kitchen, and a large living area. Especially in the kitchen and living area, there could have been a few more empty cabinets to store brought kitchen items, food, games, books, toys... In the rooms, there should definitely be more coat hooks in the closets, and in the spacious hallway downstairs, some hooks on the wall for hanging jackets would certainly be useful. Personally, I would move the dining room closer to the kitchen area and provide a few seats. The chairs are comfortable, but sitting on chairs for an entire week is a bit much. There is no garden, but right across from the house are large meadows where you can easily let a pet run free. A small garden/terrace would also be nice.
