The outdoor area impresses with its beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool, TV, and a magnificent view. Enjoy the sun on the comfortable loungers and refresh yourself in the crystal-clear water of the pool.
The pictures speak for themselves: In the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a spacious work surface, you can prepare delicious meals. In addition to a regular coffee machine, there is also a Nespresso machine.
The light-filled living room with cozy sofas and stylish furnishings invites you to linger.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) sound system. This allows you to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device throughout the house. In addition, with your own TV box, you can watch all German TV channels.
The three bedrooms are all equipped with king-size beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/WC, one of which has pool access. The master bathroom also has a bathtub.
Additionally, a small office with printer and monitors is available to you.
Relax on the beautiful terrace with high-quality garden furniture, a dining area with outdoor kitchen and grill, and enjoy the breathtaking panorama.
The pool is electrically heatable and operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed no more irritated eyes.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.
Two kayaks are available for you to explore the area from the water.
For our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, providing helpful tips such as grocery stores, outlets, restaurants, sights, and much more.
A boat rental is recommended! No boating license is required in Florida. With a boat rented from us, you can, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats available can be found on our website coralvilla-florida.com.
With our floor plan, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

In the event of withdrawal from the rental agreement, the following cancellation fees apply:
• From the start of the rental agreement: 20% of the invoice amount
• From the 90th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the invoice amount
• From the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the invoice amount
The relevant date is the date your notification is received by CoralVilla. If received on a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day is considered the date of receipt.
If your deposit is not received by us within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, we kindly ask for your understanding that the booking will be cancelled by us.
A withdrawal from the rental agreement is no longer possible 30 days before the start of the rental period. All payments already made (reservation deposit and final payment) will be forfeited. If the final payment is not made on time, this will be interpreted as a cancellation and will result in the loss of the deposit.
