Villa Sunview has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious bright living room and an open kitchen with dining area. Furthermore, there is an office with a desk and bookcase at your disposal. The large terrace with covered seating area, electric heated pool and jacuzzi is west facing and offers breathtaking sunsets. We provide our guests with a free high-speed internet connection, incl. W-Lan. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped and bed linen, towels, TV, telephone and books are available. Our German property management will look after you on site.

Villa Sunview is quietly located directly on the canal in a purely residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral. The nearest shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful beaches of the islands Sanibel and Captiva can be reached after a half hour drive. Fort Myers, the livelier city, with its intern. Relaxing time in a beautiful house
The house is beautiful! Short distances to the nearest shopping facilities and petrol station, but still very quiet
The hosts leave no wish unfulfilled or pass on requests accordingly.
I would go on holiday here again at any time
